GooglePS & B manage the Apartment block we live in.Jo Lock and Sara Guinn are two amazing ladies.You give them a problem or issue they get it sorted straight away.Nothing is too much trouble.They keep us informed and provide updates when needed.They are both a joy to deal with.I don’t know what we would do without them.Thank You Jo and Sara for all your help and hard work.It is very much appreciated.

GoogleIf you are considering using this company I’d seriously rethink it . Overcharging for maintenance, when it’s not done , never answer phones or emails . Generally rude staff , just not convinced they know what they are doing . Will never use them again.

We have shared a long standing relationship with the lettings team at PS&B commencing under Karen Bakers stewardship. Our years of letting property has come to an end - however should this change, we wouldn't think twice about engaging the services of the Bognor Regis team again. Best wishes to all.

Googlei went to so many Estate Agents, they were not willing to help. when i entered into the office of those estate agents, they did not even offer me a chair they told me to go to their website and find some, not even looking at my face while talking to me with looking somewhere. But the first day I went to the office PS&B i was welcome to the point that i could not believe that high level of treatment. these people Coral, Emma, Nichola and Helen made me felt at home. Emma took the time and explain everything to and offered other property available for me to chose from. She responded to every mail I sent as soon as possible. And the process was soo smooth and easy with such a great respectful team.

GoogleMr AP of PS&B hasseled us. We had a property to sell and it fell though. Mr AP wrote us a letter saying PS&B could help. Nice. I phoned yesterday, and asked how? I was unwilling to abandon our existing agent at this stage but was willing to consider any approaches through our existing agent. Within an hour I got two more calls. I said the same. While out on business today, AP called the house line TWICE, and spoke to my wife. Again the same, but then said she knew nothing of the business (not wholly true) and that we were declining his client (entirely untrue), and hung up. Doing business with them might not have been nice. Post Reply: spoke to Chief Operations Officer Micheal Barber 09/08/24. He apologised, saying colleagues had an opportunity that seemed v attractive and they pressed it too hard.

GoogleThe situation was that my statement of account was incorrect and my service charge payment had been sitting unapplied in a suspense account since April 2024. To be honest I called PS&B with little expectation of a fast resolution. However, my expectations were exceeded due to the intervention of Tayla Saunders in credit control who solved my issues professionally within an hour or so. I now have a receipt as proof of payment and a correct statement of account. Well done Tayla you turned a miserable moment into a happy customer experience.
