GoogleThey do not listen.... I stated that I would be the sole payer of rent but sought permission for long term partner to reside with me.... I stated this more than once..... Then find paperwork relating to shared payment....... Also I object that they require access to bank... I can provide and scan any requirements it highlights high risk when allowing access. Banking is private.

GoogleNever rent from this agent. I rented a flat that was not up to basic standard living conditions. Mould covered by fresh paint that flaked 2 weeks after moving in. The mould ruined my bed and new bedside tables. Inadequate heating and general conditions (door frame coming away from the wall to the balcony, broken tiolet seat they were incapable of fixing or replacing, oven was thick with dirt and grease and the list goes on). All they say is I will speak to the Landlord. They took no responsibility of letting a flat in poor conditions. Compensation (if you call it that) was minimal. Granted I was offered to end tenacy early but I was in the middle of buying a property and didn't want to move 3 times in 6 months. I was made to feel I was asking too much from them. I had to push to get decent heating in the flat, they never provided me with a heater whilst I waited. I also had to push for access to a the hot water tank switch to be moved, when someone finally managed to tell me that it was located in the loft. I had to pay for heating the tank for ~2months before they took action. They even charged me 2 days rent for handing back the keys 2 days after rent was due. Money grabbing company that do not care. My partners health suffered willing in such damp conditions. I'd never rent from them and would never recommend them. Sorry to those who have had good experiences but my experience was horrendous.

GoogleAvoid this lot the Plague. Asked to see a one bed flat. I’m a single dad whose kids will stay 1/2 nights a week depending on where I work. Was told I have to find a 2 bed place which I simply can’t afford. Especially as most landlords won’t accept people whose incomes include universal credit. Honestly charge ridiculous rent, and then expect people to have wages that aren’t realistic. So according to this Agent in order to rent a place I can afford I’ll have to not have access to my kids. Disgusting treatment.
