1 Star - Property Managers Enabling Misleading Parking Enforcement MISLEADING SIGNAGE - CHECK YOUR APPEALS Parsons and Sons manage this land behind Iceland/Mobility Shop on Queensway. They allow One Parking Solution Limited to enforce parking with deliberately misleading signage. CRITICAL: The signs display BPA (British Parking Association) logos, but One Parking Solution is NOT a BPA member - they're IPC (Independent Parking Committee) members. This matters because: BPA members appeal to POPLA IPC members appeal to IAS (Independent Appeals Service) Wrong logos = wrong appeal route = you lose appeal rights This is misrepresentation affecting contract formation. MY EXPERIENCE: 2 minutes 36 seconds stop for autistic child in medical distress Empty Sunday car park - zero impact Charged £100, escalated to £170 by debt collectors 6 months harassment from ZZPS/"GCTT"(fake bailiffs)/QDR Solicitors CONTACTED PARSONS & SONS MULTIPLE TIMES - ZERO RESPONSE. Not one reply to documented emails over 6 months. They collect management fees while refusing to manage. They ignore complaints about misleading signage on their property. They don't care that aggressive parking is damaging their own tenant businesses. IF YOU'VE PAID A FINE HERE: The misrepresentation may invalidate the contract. The misleading trade body logos affect your legal rights. Consider seeking refunds. TO PARSONS AND SONS: You're property managers. Managing is your job. Fix the signage. Respond to complaints. Or admit you're not actually managing this property. WARNING TO CUSTOMERS: Iceland and Mobility Shop are fine businesses - their property manager is the problem. Photograph everything. Check which trade body signs say vs which they actually belong to. Document the empty car park. Time your stop precisely. £170 for 2:36 in empty Bognor Regis car park behind a mobility shop serving disabled customers? Parsons and Sons enable this by refusing to manage their property responsibly. One star. Zero responses. Zero management. Zero accountability

We rented through PS&B for just over 3 years and they were amazing! Nichôla was a brilliant property manager; if we had an issue she got it sorted as soon as possible which was greatly appreciated. Helen was also great and helped us a couple of times in Nichôla's absence. When moving, Coral and Emma were very respectful when bringing people to our home for viewings and they were also great in helping us to look for a new place to live. Many thanks to all the team. My husband and I rented through PS&B from 2021 to 2024. Nichöla was our property manager & any issues we experienced were promptly dealt with. We also found that when Nichöla was on scheduled annual leave, Helen was very happy to help us. Helen was just as efficient. We found PS&B to be easy to communicate with and when they did enter our home during our tenancy, they were always very respectful of our space. During 2023, we welcomed our son into the world & we had a property visit due around the same time. PS&B were more than happy to postpone the property visit while we were settling into life as new parents. When our rental increases/tenancy renewals were due, this matter was dealt with delicately and with due diligence. Our rental increases were always in extremely fair increments, especially when reflecting on the rising rental market at the time of the increase. Both my husband and I have strong values with renting & we had great mutual respect for PS&B and our landlord.

i went to so many Estate Agents, they were not willing to help. when i entered into the office of those estate agents, they did not even offer me a chair they told me to go to their website and find some, not even looking at my face while talking to me with looking somewhere. It’s mid afternoon on a Friday and I have been trying for over half an hour to get a reply on the telephone. We rent a garage from parsons and until recently. we had no problem paying the rent by monthly standing order. However, their banking went awry and we had to set it up all over again. Now it’s happened again and I’ve had a threatening letter from the new bank telling me I’ll be charged interest if I don’t pay in time!!! WHAT. They mess up and I get threatened. Anyway, Parsons seem to have abandoned ship for the afternoon. I’ve tried every combination of phone extensions but no reply on any of them. Down on the beach are you all ladies? Well it is only 50 yards away from the office. I’ll save the rocket for tomorrow.

⭐☆☆☆☆ As a leaseholder, my experience with PS&B has been extremely disappointing. Over a prolonged period, there has been a significant lack of communication and transparency regarding the management of our building, service charge funds, budgets and major works. Requests for information have often gone unanswered or have not been dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner, leaving leaseholders feeling frustrated and excluded from decisions that directly affect their properties and finances. One of the biggest concerns has been the lack of visibility over how service charge funds have been managed and spent. Leaseholders have repeatedly requested greater transparency, clearer reporting and supporting documentation, particularly in relation to budgets, major works and expenditure. Unfortunately, obtaining straightforward answers has often proved difficult. The recent issues surrounding the company have only heightened these concerns. Many leaseholders have been left worried about the security of funds collected for major works and building maintenance, and have had to spend considerable time seeking information and reassurance that should have been provided proactively. Managing agents have a responsibility to act in the best interests of leaseholders, communicate openly and provide confidence that client funds and building matters are being managed appropriately. Sadly, based on my experience, this has not been the case. I cannot recommend PS&B and would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to carry out thorough due diligence and ensure they are comfortable with the level of transparency and communication provided.

I had a pleasant stay at one of the flats in Fitzleet House. I lived in a one bedroom flat for four years with my husband. The flat was newly renovated when I moved in, very spacious and great value for money with nice views of the seaside and the park. Any issues I had with the flat were addressed in a timely matter, I felt safe and secure as all the fire regulations were taken very seriously. I dealt with Nichola and Helen, they were very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend PS and B for renting or buying properties.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my tenancy deposit has been handled. I vacated the property over a month ago and am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received repeated explanations about internal issues and delays, with no clear payment date provided. I understand that problems can arise, but tenants should not have to wait indefinitely for money that rightfully belongs to them. Communication has been poor, and there has been no satisfactory resolution despite my patience and cooperation throughout the process. I would strongly encourage the agency to improve its handling of deposit returns and provide tenants with clear timelines and accountability. Until my deposit is returned, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
