GoogleI have the pleasure corresponding with Nichôla Swan when I have issues with my rented flat. No problem is too big or too small for Nichôla. The timely manner with which she responds to my issues is exemplary and it is done so in an extremely professional way. GoogleAbysmal... mismanaged the property I rent for longer than I care to remember. 3.5yrs they have done ZERO work on the rear of the property and didn't even go out there to look at it in that time. My business has suffered many days of closure and lost revenue due to leaks and floods from flats above. I have been asking for a breakdown of monies paid in 'maintenance charge' for months and months and I am met with silence and ignorance. Maintenance charge has gone up over 95% in 4yrs with very very little work having been done. I hope this honest review prompts someone to contact me as apart from emails which they ignore and telephone calls that are NEVER returned they do nothing except issue demands. Appalling service

GoogleI spoke to a very helpful person last week about a sensitive matter, and they dealt with it promptly. But the rest of them are rude unhelpful and don't care how we have to deal with on a day to day basis. We have had no hall way lighting since October and is very dangerous for our elderly neighbours, I myself have fallen down the stairs and hurt myself it's not acceptable considering you get thousands of pounds to maintain the building.NegativeProfessionalism

Nichôla in particular has really been brilliant always so quick to reply to an email and help out with what ever was needed no matter how big or small my questions were. GoogleThe Parsley Son and Basley Estate agent has been nothing but good for me. They have been very quick to respond. Incredibly good communication. They have always tried to help whenever I reported problems. Every one of those problems were completed in a very satisfactory way. The people on the phone are very knowledgeable... They would also contact my Landlord in Portugal whenever I required help. Can't say enough about them really. Fabulous. I want to thank these people : Nichola, Helen, Coral, April and Sarah

GoogleI have been in my current property for almost 4 months now and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with how things have gone so far and with the 4 members of staff that I have had direct dealings with. Things obviously began by viewing the property and this was carried out with Helen. After the initial viewing, she kept me up to date on progress, whilst also contacting me when necessary for some further information. Once I had been advised as to my offer success, Sarah was then my next point of contact in dealing directly with the application/ referencing side. Again, I had constant contact and updates from her and this also included April, who assisted her with various matters. This part of the process was eventually concluded and I received the keys, plus a lot of relevant documents. Once in my home, there have been some various maintenance issues, which I have had to pass through to the Agents and these have been dealt with by Nichola. Usually within a few hours I have received an email acknowledging the issue and she always confirms that once the landlord has agreed to any work, I should hear from the contractor. And this has always been the case to date. So overall, I am very impressed with all of the staff and contractors they use. Always very helpful, polite and keeping me updated as much as they can. GoogleI have been living in my current flat since 2013 and have been my property manager at Parsons and Basley since the beginning. I am very happy with their work, I can only say good things. Even before last year's change of ownership, and ever since - whenever I had a problem - they were always polite and helpful. This is true for all employees of the office, old and current. Helen and Nichola are my contacts, they're so lovely people both of them. They respond to my emails or call me back and take action(s) immediately. Just like in my current trouble, Helen - with infinite patience - keeps me informed about every moment she agrees with the owners about the works and repairs to be done. I'm really grateful to her. I must also mention Martin, he helped me a lot in the past and Richard, who contracted with Parsons as a plumber. Richard had taken on the role of my rescue angel several times when - mostly on weekends - my old boiler broke down or the roof was leaking or my flat was soaked from the apartment above. He was immediately there and helped. Thank you all for your hard work and I count you in the future. :)

FacebookThe managing agents arm of this outfit is an utter disgrace, they DO NOT answer queries, they fail to pay bills which in our case has meant communal electricity supplies were threatened to be cut off, contractors did not turn up as they weren't being paid do not use this compcompany if your block is managed by this compcompany drop them as soon as posspossible 🤒
