GoogleJoe was absolutely brilliant: very professional, with a "can do" attitude that is a credit to his employers. If he is a product of the culture of Proctors then I would heartily recommend their services to buyer or seller.

GoogleMe and my partner currently rent our home through proctors and their service has been brilliant from start to finish. They made the application process easy and stress free and any maintainance that needs doing is no trouble.

GoogleI couldn't be happier with my new house, and Barry who showed me the house and met me there to get me moved in was fantastic. He spotted that there was debt on one of my meters, so he made a call and he saw to that there and then : ) The Darwen branch have been great, helping me complete/speed up the checks needed before I could move in, and they agreed to let me move in on short notice, as I only had two days to be out of my old house. Perfect. Thank you. Kim

GoogleBought my house through Proctors quite a few years ago, they was very helpful throughout the purchase and made it stress free to say I hadn't been through the buying process for around 20 years so was all new. Can't fault them and was always a helping hand. All the staff are very pleasant and make the office very welcoming :)

GoogleI am extreamly happy with the way Jeremy and his team handled the sale of my mothers house. He is one of a dwindling number of agents who really knows his patch, gives sound honest advice and is highly professional in his dealings.
