GoogleJust sold my Mums house with Proctors. I now live out of town and the help and advise I got was very helpful. I dealt with several members of staff and all were on the ball, friendly and professional. Thanks very much. Highly recommend this local business.

GoogleI have just sold my house, completion took place today. Although more than one member of staff dealt with my sale, it was mainly Victoria who showed potential buyers around. She was professional and, at the same time, friendly, putting me at my ease at a difficult time to sell a house, coming up to Christmas in the middle of a pandemic! I think I got the offer I wanted within about 3 weeks of the house going up for sale. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks to all the team.

GoogleHaving enquired about a rental property that they were advertising. The person who answered the phone, did not identify themselves and was extremely rude and dismissive and didn't want to even attempt to help! Customer service and respect doesn't cost a thing but was definitely missing from this person at this branch!!!!NegativeProfessionalism
