None of them compare with the service I got from Prime Estate especially Sally and Beverly ( the two sweet hearts). GoogleAfter nearly purchasing a property that was under valued with another agent, I was left distressed and not sure what to do. I happen to call prime estates on the off chance by doing a google search- Bash answered my call and before you know it I was on the way to purchasing my dream home. He was extremely professional and kept me in the loop from start to finish. We had our viewing with Sally, again very professional and really kind, she understood why this property was important to us as a family and she helped us with the purchase . The turn around time was approx 8weeks ! If it wasn’t for the agents being on the ball and asking me for updates; it could have taken longer! Google***Top class Estate Agents from a top class Agent*** Bash at Prime was amazing. He was extremely helpful and supportive throughout, with an added personal flair, which is all so lacking these days. In addition to this, he not only managed to find an immediate buyer for my property who was highly credible, he also managed to secure an amazing deal of £21K more than my substandard dealings with a previous agent. I honestly can't recommend Bash and the team at Prime enough..thank you ALL! I look forward to more dealings with you in the not too distant future!

GoogleI contacted Dee as I was interested in purchasing a property on the market. Dee was extremely professional throughout and it was great to have one point of contact throughout the process. Dee also supported me with my mortgage application and ensured the the process was seamless. He kept me updated throughout and any hurdles that presented themselves were swiftly overcome with his excellent assistance. A lengthy and complex process felt simple and I was kept up to date with developments as well as any requirements. I want to thank Dee very much as it really would have been a struggle without him.

GoogleI selected Prime Estates as they came across as very professional and organised. I used them for the sales process of my mother's house. They kept me fully informed by email, text and phone call. Steve arranged 9 viewings of the property within 48 hours of the house going on the market following which we had 6 offers. Dee then took the time to go through each of the offers with me in detail and outlined each of the buyers details. Dee also kept the process on track to ensure we completed on schedule. The staff were very helpful, had a good knowledge of the area and during the time when viewings were made of my house I was kept up to date with potential purchasers and viewing feedback the next day. GoogleMy daughters is a first time buyer and her experience of dealing with this store is abysmal. The manager of the shop Bash is rude, unprofessional and incompetent to say the very least. He implied to my daughter that a secret cash donation to his name would ensure she would get the house but if not it would go to someone else. We believe that this account has been set up to slander Prime Estates. This user left two 5 star ratings minutes before writing this review (one in Tamworth and another in Sutton Coldfield) in an attempt to make the account look genuine. Over the years we have helped thousands of people to both buy and sell properties, and we have never, and will never, engage in activities like those fabricated in this review.

GoogleThe worst experience with this agent. From day one they have been a nightmare to deal with very dogmatic in their approach. The manager Bash is a very rude and pompous character with no respect towards the customer always very pushy. He has been so demanding and hence very much in the face like a control freak. The worst experience ever in regards to house hunting. Never come across in such a pushy rude person who has no customer service Accuman at all. Wanting things to go his way and pulls the dummy out when it doesn’t. His only intention is all about the money as it seems. So glad won’t have to be needing to sisal to the arrogant person again
