Cut and paste from GETAGENT client: Lynne Cornforth Having my late Father's house to sell, i invited 5 different Estate Agents to view the property and what a difference in selling fees and recommended selling prices there were. Bev Rooney from Prime Estates was by far the most switched on and attuned to the market. Prime Estates fees were the most competitive and their recommended selling price was higher than the other four Agents had suggested and the price achieved was higher still. I would definitely have lost money had i gone with any of the other four Agents. My property sold almost immediately and Bev and Harry kept me informed throughout. Excellent service, would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you Bev and Harry for making a daunting task really easy.

This was my 1st property purchase and throughout the entire process, Prime Estates and Bash were professional and worked very hard to get everything over the line. ***Top class Estate Agents from a top class Agent*** Bash at Prime was amazing. He was extremely helpful and supportive throughout, with an added personal flair, which is all so lacking these days. In addition to this, he not only managed to find an immediate buyer for my property who was highly credible, he also managed to secure an amazing deal of £21K more than my substandard dealings with a previous agent.
