GoogleSo, unless you are on their private portfolio of clients willing to illegally line Bash and Dee's pockets with money that should rightfully go to their sellers... they will never sell a property to you!! 'Slanderous' is the only term they know for the truth! The reason I am not using my 'real name' is because you know who i am, and I fear threats of a 'face to face' nature is the truth. The lack of professionalism being the topic of this review is evidenced in your response. I have posted this review on social media as a platform to warn others. GoogleReally helpful and down to earth staff. Personally experiencing business with majority of the near by estate agents I would easily say prime estates are the best out of the 3 competitors. If you are looking to purchase or sell your home with any agent I would definetly suggest prime estates should be your first choice speaking from experience of buying and selling with them. there aim seems to have both the seller and buyers interest at heart Friendly, professional, experienced, punctual and great knowledge of the local definatly my first chioce

GoogleAfter nearly purchasing a property that was under valued with another agent, I was left distressed and not sure what to do. I happen to call prime estates on the off chance by doing a google search- Bash answered my call and before you know it I was on the way to purchasing my dream home. He was extremely professional and kept me in the loop from start to finish. We had our viewing with Sally, again very professional and really kind, she understood why this property was important to us as a family and she helped us with the purchase . The turn around time was approx 8weeks ! If it wasn’t for the agents being on the ball and asking me for updates; it could have taken longer! GoogleI don't believe they put their customers at the forefront of what they do. The ladies are helpful and polite but it's Bash that runs the show and if he doesn't get what he wants, when he wants it then the true colours show. Unprepared to discuss offers unless you are willing for them to sell your house as well. When he was contacting other parties, he was rude bordering aggressive. My name won't be on your database as it was all done in my partner's name. p g out of the window. Does not like to discuss an offer on a property unless you are prepared to sell with him as well

GoogleVery unhappy with their service. We both sold and purchased through them. Had little to no communication from them, no information or updates, apart from a phone call out the blue to suddenly say it'll be done by next week. (a little more notice would have been good!) We asked if there was an issue with the heating. We were told they went to check and found no issue. When we moved in there was a loud audible noise coming from one of the radiators, an issue which would have been there when they "checked". Keys, fobs and alarms were all missing upon collecting the keys. Despite them being listed on the formal documents. Estate agents clearly didn't care about this and simply said "Oh maybe they've left them in there" could tell they were only saying this to get rid of us. Also fridge freezer is broken. Yes they may not have known about this issue, however given the heating I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Overall the issues are probably going to cost more than the money saved by going through these. Next time I would rather pay a little more and go through a more reputable, reliable agent. As all this company cares about is their money. After writing this review the manager/owner contacted my mother to demand my number. I rang him to see what he wanted to say. He was very aggressive towards me. Told me that karma comes back around when I told him how I had a job and that people dont write negative reviews about me as I am pleasant to customers. I did not feel the conversation was professional or necessary in any way.

GoogleI first met Bash whilst viewing a property he had for sale. After the first meeting I totally put my trust in him and our house was on the market within a couple of days and sold within the week!! Couldn’t ask for a nicer team of people. Pam, Bev and Bash have kept us well informed throughout both our sale and purchase. Would definitely recommend Prime Estates Castle Bromwich to anyone looking to sell their property 👍 Well done guys!!

All aspects of the sale where taken care off and the team tried their upmost best to resolve all issues for me. GoogleI would highly recommend Prime Estates, all the staff are very helpful and professional and will always go that extra mile to help you, they give regular updates and are always happy to help with any questions you may have. Bash & Bev are very efficient from the start of your sale right through to the end, my husband and i went on to buy a property from them and again couldn't fault them in any way, when ever we needed any help or advice they was just a phone call away and not like other companies would always call you back the same day when they said they would. Again i highly recommend Prime Estates as they are there for you from start to finish and after the sale or purchase. Mr & Mrs Byrne

Google10/10! Absolutely amazing staff! So friendly, they got things done and got them done fast! I would reccomend them to anyone who needs to move quickly as they sold our house on the first vieweing and helped us move into our new property quickly! Including calorine the lovely solicitore who dealth with the move also, constantly kept us updated and we got a call at least once a week to be informed on what was happening with the move! Love them!!!
