The worst experience with this agent. From day one they have been a nightmare to deal with very dogmatic in their approach. The manager Bash is a very rude and pompous character with no respect towards the customer always very pushy. He has been so demanding and hence very much in the face like a control freak. The worst experience ever in regards to house hunting. Never come across in such a pushy rude person who has no customer service Accuman at all. Wanting things to go his way and pulls the dummy out when it doesn’t. His only intention is all about the money as it seems. So glad won’t have to be needing to sisal to the arrogant person again

What an absolutely fantastic service. I cannot think of anything that could’ve been done better. Prime estates arranged all the viewings for my property and kept me informed at every stage throughput the sale. I had arranged to meet and spoke to a couple of local estate agents local to the area. My daughters is a first time buyer and her experience of dealing with this store is abysmal. The manager of the shop Bash is rude, unprofessional and incompetent to say the very least. He implied to my daughter that a secret cash donation to his name would ensure she would get the house but if not it would go to someone else. I used Prime Estates earlier this year to sell my property and they did a fantastic job, Bev in particular did a brilliant job. The difference between Prime Estates and the larger corporate estate agents is startling. Whilst Rightmove is still the primary way potential buyers find out about your property, Prime Estates listen and engage with possible buyers and understand what they want. Because they listen they will also suggest properties that buyers may have initially dismissed. The larger companies just rely on Rightmove to generate traffic and then when an estate agent shows someone around your property, they do very little apart from open the front door, introduce themselves and a follow up phone call. I cannot recommend Prime Estates highly enough.

A first class Estate Agent. From the very beginning they've been open and honest giving thorough and helpful advice. At every step they've been extremely proactive in terms of arranging viewings, identifying the strongest offers and then chasing up solicitors to speed up the whole process.
