Communication was very good and they've kept us informed throughout the whole process. Although she wasn’t my estate agent and was actually acting on behalf of another party in the chain linked to the sale of my property, she went above and beyond to keep everything moving as smoothly as possible. She maintained great communication with everyone involved and kept the process on track.
