GoogleLooking to sell my property, so did the sensible thing and visited a good number of local estate agents.Wanted to find out about the current market and how to improve my property without it costing a fortune .
I met senior sales advisor Faye who just so happens to live on the same estate and knows the Area like the back of her hand.My feelings were I needed to get a new kitchen and bathroom just to meet the expectations of the market. In fact, both are in fairly good condition and didn't need a makeover,much to my relief.
What Faye suggested was some minor improvements, such as a couple of panels in some outside fencing and a small bit of decorating in the kitchen and landing.
I've already started the work and getting the house prepared.I feel like I've saved loads already. The prices to sell the property seem very reasonable in comparison with other agents.Its a big thing selling your home but I feel very confident and comfortable with Prime Estates .Thanks again Faye.

GoogleWell where do I start. I had 3 estate agents arranged to come and value my house. Prime estates were the only one to go out there way to fit me in ASAP on a weekend. As soon as I met Faye I had a great feeling. To the point within a few hours of her leaving I chose to go with Prime estates. The process for the sale was rapid. From having the house advertised to sale was no more than 10 weeks 8 which was the solicitor on agreement of sale. I cant recommend Prime estates enough and if you get the joy of meeting Faye you will understand why we went with Prime estates. Thank you Faye and all the team for such a smooth service.
