I selected Prime Estates as they came across as very professional and organised. I used them for the sales process of my mother's house. They kept me fully informed by email, text and phone call. Steve arranged 9 viewings of the property within 48 hours of the house going on the market following which we had 6 offers. Dee then took the time to go through each of the offers with me in detail and outlined each of the buyers details. Dee also kept the process on track to ensure we completed on schedule. Having to sell and buy a house is daunting enough but using Prime Estates took the sting out of it. The staff were very helpful, had a good knowledge of the area and during the time when viewings were made of my house I was kept up to date with potential purchasers and viewing feedback the next day. My daughters is a first time buyer and her experience of dealing with this store is abysmal. The manager of the shop Bash is rude, unprofessional and incompetent to say the very least. He implied to my daughter that a secret cash donation to his name would ensure she would get the house but if not it would go to someone else. The worst experience with this agent. From day one they have been a nightmare to deal with very dogmatic in their approach. The manager Bash is a very rude and pompous character with no respect towards the customer always very pushy. He has been so demanding and hence very much in the face like a control freak. The worst experience ever in regards to house hunting. Never come across in such a pushy rude person who has no customer service Accuman at all. Wanting things to go his way and pulls the dummy out when it doesn’t. His only intention is all about the money as it seems. So glad won’t have to be needing to sisal to the arrogant person again

I don't believe they put their customers at the forefront of what they do. The ladies are helpful and polite but it's Bash that runs the show and if he doesn't get what he wants, when he wants it then the true colours show. Unprepared to discuss offers unless you are willing for them to sell your house as well. When he was contacting other parties, he was rude bordering aggressive. My name won't be on your database as it was all done in my partner's name. p g out of the window. Does not like to discuss an offer on a property unless you are prepared to sell with him as well

Very unhappy with their service. We both sold and purchased through them. Had little to no communication from them, no information or updates, apart from a phone call out the blue to suddenly say it'll be done by next week. (a little more notice would have been good!) We asked if there was an issue with the heating. We were told they went to check and found no issue. When we moved in there was a loud audible noise coming from one of the radiators, an issue which would have been there when they "checked". Keys, fobs and alarms were all missing upon collecting the keys. Despite them being listed on the formal documents. Estate agents clearly didn't care about this and simply said "Oh maybe they've left them in there" could tell they were only saying this to get rid of us. Also fridge freezer is broken. Yes they may not have known about this issue, however given the heating I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Overall the issues are probably going to cost more than the money saved by going through these. Next time I would rather pay a little more and go through a more reputable, reliable agent. As all this company cares about is their money. After writing this review the manager/owner contacted my mother to demand my number. I rang him to see what he wanted to say. He was very aggressive towards me. Told me that karma comes back around when I told him how I had a job and that people dont write negative reviews about me as I am pleasant to customers. I did not feel the conversation was professional or necessary in any way.

What an absolutely fantastic service. I cannot think of anything that could’ve been done better. Prime estates arranged all the viewings for my property and kept me informed at every stage throughput the sale. I had arranged to meet and spoke to a couple of local estate agents local to the area.
