GoogleI first met Bash whilst viewing a property he had for sale. After the first meeting I totally put my trust in him and our house was on the market within a couple of days and sold within the week!! Couldn’t ask for a nicer team of people. Pam, Bev and Bash have kept us well informed throughout both our sale and purchase. Would definitely recommend Prime Estates Castle Bromwich to anyone looking to sell their property 👍 Well done guys!!

GoogleEXCELLENT SERVICE I contacted Prime estates after feeling let down by another local estate agent. The team at Prime estates are very professional and highly motivated. GoogleStay away Angent wanted five thousand pound cash under the table for a property that they had advertised for sale which am sure is illegal! Even tho we was willing to pay above the asking price. Feel sorry for the seller will never enquire about any property they have for sale

Google10/10! Absolutely amazing staff! So friendly, they got things done and got them done fast! I would reccomend them to anyone who needs to move quickly as they sold our house on the first vieweing and helped us move into our new property quickly! Including calorine the lovely solicitore who dealth with the move also, constantly kept us updated and we got a call at least once a week to be informed on what was happening with the move! Love them!!!

GoogleI used Prime Estates earlier this year to sell my property and they did a fantastic job, Bev in particular did a brilliant job. The difference between Prime Estates and the larger corporate estate agents is startling. Whilst Rightmove is still the primary way potential buyers find out about your property, Prime Estates listen and engage with possible buyers and understand what they want. Because they listen they will also suggest properties that buyers may have initially dismissed. The larger companies just rely on Rightmove to generate traffic and then when an estate agent shows someone around your property, they do very little apart from open the front door, introduce themselves and a follow up phone call. I cannot recommend Prime Estates highly enough.

GoogleI would highly recommend Prime Estates, all the staff are very helpful and professional and will always go that extra mile to help you, they give regular updates and are always happy to help with any questions you may have. Bash & Bev are very efficient from the start of your sale right through to the end, my husband and i went on to buy a property from them and again couldn't fault them in any way, when ever we needed any help or advice they was just a phone call away and not like other companies would always call you back the same day when they said they would. Again i highly recommend Prime Estates as they are there for you from start to finish and after the sale or purchase. Mr & Mrs Byrne
