GoogleBullish team: at the end of the tenancy they conveniently forget to mention there is an option of a rolling contract; l on a checkout, they request you to send confirmation you got all accounts closed in order to get a deposit back (illegal). Bullish agency for Bullish landlords.

GoogleEdited: Unfortunately, on our way out of the tenancy, the attitude of staff changes dramatically and they are not responsive to queries unless chased many times. The level of apathy shown by the tenancy manager is appalling. Earlier review: Great experience renting a home in London Bridge! Our agent is Florent and he is super patient, responsive and helpful in the entire letting process. He went above and beyond in helping us out with referencing and check in, which made the process very smooth for us.

GoogleUpdated review Cut down 2 stars due to how things were handled during the move-in. We were not provided with codes to main gate due to which we got locked out and no one from the agency responded to our calls. We managed to get hold of the previous tenants who helped us with the code. Moreover, it was promised to us that apartment would be deep cleaned. However, the carpets have not being vacuumed to a minimum standard and we have been having a hard time due to the amount of dust in carpets. Disappointed with how the whole move-in process went by. ------------------------------- We worked with Claudiu to find an apartment to rent. He was super helpful and responsive all the time and helped us with all the requests we had. Would definitely recommend using them for your property search.

GoogleThat is the worst real estate agency I have ever seen. My recently rented apartment is without hot water for 15 days, I have been contacting several times Mela Steadman, they are asking for 10 more days to schedule a specialized visit. Tenant Act estimates 24 hours for such emergencies to be solved. Many more repairs reported to be done not yet looked. Never have seen this kind of service in my life. Edit: I contacted the help email they replied, nothing has been done.

GoogleFrom day 1, Claudiu Rosu, our agent, was on the ball with sending us more housing suggestions, all within a stones throw of our original requested property, to be viewed the same day. He spoke very translucency with us about the properties and gave thoughtful opinions about the flats and the local areas. He really helped my girlfriend and I pick the right flat for us and we're very thankful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleTerrible customer service especially from head office. They don’t pass messages on, they laugh at you, have a ‘I don’t care’ attitude and always seems to be the customers fault because there is no notes on your file. We are serious buyers and have had to keep chasing them to confirm bookings and they won’t do weekends. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to buy or sell with them.
