Anna and Zoe have been fantastic from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend them enough! Anna was constantly getting buyers through our door, eventually, we got an offer over asking which was just fantastic and the best position for us possible! Zoe was incredible at chasing the solicitors down within our chain, we sold our property in May and completed at the start of July - it took us 9 weeks from sale agreed to completion! This was our first time selling a property and purchasing onwards, they made us feel so comfortable and held our hand through the entire process. Thank you Anna and Zoe, you truly are one of a kind!!!

I'm very grateful to Zoe for all her support on the sale of my home. From the launch day viewings right until the completion day, she was fabulous. Zoe was professional and super proactive throughout the entire process (chasing solicitors, answering queries from the buyer etc) to ensure it was as stress-free and seamless as possible. Great experience we bought through Preston baker. We had jayne tomlinson as our point of contact as the sellers estate agent. She was fantastic we had a few bumps along the way but she sorted them out. She was proactive in getting these resolved sometimes even out of office hours. Booked an viewing for the 2nd of july. When i called to request for the postcode of the property. I was told that the record shows the appointment as cancelled. When i told them i have not received any communication regarding cancellation their reply was that they have not confirmed the appointmentby e mail. Not very good. Very poor service.

We worked with PB Selby to sell our home and were initially looking to buy our next home in Selby. We met and signed up with Anna who was very professional and quick to get our property on the market. We then worked mainly with Zoe throughout who was always professional, calm, knowledgeable and very supportive. She is a great asset to the Selby team!! We also worked with Chloe who was also very professional and always helpful. Having experienced Strike throughout the process, we would never just go with the cheaper option as they were terrible. PB aren't the cheapest but we definitely felt supported and informed throughout, and through what can be a very stressful process, this was definitely worth paying for. Liars.. they promise you something and break their promise the following day!! I would definitely avoid! I liked a property in the Selby Region. I agreed with Preston Baker on an offer on the condition they remove the property from the market, they agreed. Preston Baker required some documents as a condition for my offer acceptance, which I sent the following day. After 24 hours I could still see the house on the market and therefore I called them many times to enquire about the reasons with no answer. Preston Bakers then informed me that there's another offer and asked me if I'm willing to increase my offer. This is when I told them no and I completely lost any sort of trust with the firm. It is not about the money as such, it's a matter of trust. I don't want to hear more surprises, e.g. found a higher offer 3 months or so down the line! To me this lying, untrustworthiness and a great deal manipulation. I would certainly avoid Preston Baker and definitely recommend no one to consider them for selling or buying. It took 11 months to finally get the keys to our dream home. Louise Kelly from Selby branch was amazing. COVID caused lots of delays, with furloughs, buyers pulling out and most solicitors and mortgage lenders working from home. Moving during these unprecedented times have been very stressful and at times I honestly thought it would never happen.
