My partner and I purchased a property via Preston Baker I have to say that the service offered to the buyer once an offer is accepted by the vendor is superb Rachel L and Naomi T were excellent and guided us through the buying process from start to finish As buyers, we were added into a social media group which included Rachel and Naomi. This meant that the agents could update us (the buyers) on the latest information regarding the progress of the sale. As buyers, we could ask questions in real time and the agents could answer our queries at the earliest opportunity. This method of communication was so effective and time saving because it meant we didn't have to wait for the usual office hours to make any enquiries Naomi and Rachel were very communicative and helpful and would often chase up progress in order to keep us updated. In fact, these 2 staff members were more cooperative and communicated with us (the buyers) more than our own solicitor! They kept the purchase journey running smoothly and worked hard to keep the process and any developments on track As buyers, we were so impressed with the quality and fantastic level of service that my partner and I received from Preston Baker, namely, Rachel and Naomi...can you imagine what they can do for you if you were to sell your property with this professional estate agent?

Estate agents aren’t many peoples favourites and although they may not be at the top of my list of party guests I found the Moortown office a very likeable bunch. I have a very straightforward no nonsense approach and found that Rachel Landsell was the ultimate professional in our dealings. Rachel kept me informed at all times during the sale of my property especially through the inevitable ups and downs of any property sale and also negotiated a favourable rate on temporary rental property. Dealt with Preston Baker for a number of years now and can say within the LS17 region they are the best out about in comparison to others. Honest, professional and straight to the point. Rachel in the Moortown branch executes her promises and ensures the task is carried out to the best of her ability.
