GoogleReally happy with my experience renting through Portico in Battersea. From the first viewing to moving in, everything was straightforward and well-handled. Jodie was especially great, super friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She made what can often be a stressful time feel really easy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

GoogleEDIT June 3rd 2025(Post Moving Review after 5 Years): Due to my move abroad I left the property after 5 years. I can confirm everything was great. I really want to give a shout-out to Ieva who dealt with any issues swiftly and professionally. Really can recommend Portico, and if you get Ieva as your property manager you are guaranteed to be in great hands! ---- 2020 NOV: I am about to move into the new property tomorrow and so far experienced a very good Customer service. Jodie (Camden Office) replied immediately to any questions and the entire process from me expressing interest to signing the contract took less than a week. I would definitely recommend her! I have also received an email with 2 contacts for property management issues and questions. I can see from older reviews that it sometimes took them a while to respond to issues however, seeing that they were quite organised so far and provided me these 2 contacts I believe this won't be an issue. To sum up: I am now looking forward to be moving in and would recommend the Camden Office & Jodie at any time!

GoogleVery bad their service. They showed us one bedroom flat and said us to confirm them by other day within 4pm. Then we called them to confirm for shifting as we have interested to go. But they did not pick up the call, send them message and email, no response. The girl who showed our house called- Cullen, gave us her personal number while showing thr flat, I knocked there as well. But no response. At least they should have picked up the call or replied the mesaage that the flat is not available right now. They did not inform us anthing. Very very bad service, very bad.
