GoogleThanks Portico Battersea for a lovely smooth transition into our new flat. Holly and Emma were really helpful and made the process as least stressful as possible. The bottle of wine that greeted us as we walked in was a very nice touch, cheers!

GoogleThe service I've - and are still receiving at Portico is second to none! Emma and Holly were amazing throughout the entire process they are highly professional and helpful and I was encouraged to give them a shout with any concerns or questions. This is the first time we've used this Portico and were really pleased with their performance and the prompt results they delivered! Will definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again.

We had to deal with a hole range of estate agents and Emma and the hole Portico team really stood out throughout the hole process of renting a new flat. GoogleJust about to move into a 2 bed house, rented through Portico, and the helpfulness and patience of Emma and the team have been fantastic! Emails were replied to within hours, and all our concerns and questions were dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner by Emma and Goda. When issues arose with the referencing process Emma kept in constant contact and kept us informed of all the updates, and the online signage of the contract made the whole process that much easier! Never before have I experienced an estate agents that actually appeared to care about me as a person rather than just my business. Hopefully through the course of the tenancy Portico will continue to live up to their wonderful first impression!

GoogleUndeniably the worst possible service that could be provided to both tenants are landlords. Portico rented a property that they knew to have major structural damp problems, whilst these are now being dealt with, it has been a struggle to achieve this - it has entirely been driven by us, rather than Portico - who are meant to manage the property. One room of the flat remains uninhabitable over two months after we moved in. It is also costing the landlady some £10-15k to resolve. Had this been addressed when Portico became aware there is a strong chance the cost would be much lower. 2 days before we moved in, Portico alerted us to a that they had just become aware of damage to a carpet. This damage was caused by the damp problem, and Portico had in fact been aware of the damage for over a year. It was also incorrect to say it was damage to a carpet. The whole room is close to destroyed by damp, and previous work in the room had been done to a pathetic standard, probably by contractors "approved" by the property manager. We have also had to allow the previous tenants access to the flat to confirm that certain items were still in the flat. Portico were attempting to charge the tenants for these items, even though Portico had a copy of the inventory stating that they were in the flat. Avoid at every possible cost - if you don't the personal costs you will suffer will be high.

GoogleHaving previously looked for houses with other unhelpful estate agents I found Portico a very refreshing experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with the multitude of questions i had for them and the whole process ran very smoothly. I Would thoroughly recommend!

GoogleWe used Portico to rent a flat in Wandsworth Common. Portico were the stand out estate agents that we had to deal with through our process, they were very helpful and forthcoming but were not pushy as some estate agents are. The reference and contract signing process was very smooth and all performed online which was very hand. Would recommend Portico to rent in the area. Also it is a lovely flat. Thank you.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Portico. Gorgeous flat, lovely agents and lots of support over the phone and via email whenever we needed it. Unlike a lot of London agents who are only helpful until they get your money, Portico genuinely seem to care about your experience. Very much recommended.

GoogleRecently rented a 1 bed freshly renovated flat from Portico. Excellent service from the Letting agent. When I moved in the flat I had an issue with the central heating and Portico had an engineer round to fix it in the same day. Excellent service. Would recommend.

GooglePortico are hands down the most efficient letting agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. As a tenant I truly felt that my needs were looked after, and the agents were there for the interest of all parties, not simply the landlord(s). We had some issues upon moving in which were quickly resolved. They also waived many fees so also offered great value for money.

GoogleWorst agency I have dealt with. They are incredibly expensive for a change of name on the lease and hide fees. They also are slack at replying to emails. Negotiation stage was horrible too and very unfriendly.

GoogleTerrible estate agent being unfair to the landlord by providing a terrible property management, innacurate check out reports and wasting a lot of time to sort things out, not releasing the rent to the landlord, not returning calls or replying to emails. All this whilst the tenant pays no fees to them and they collect the fees from the landlord only. Also they retain landlord’s money by refusing to pay the rent to the landlord. Still waiting for my September rent. Would strongly recommend not to have anything to do with these guys. A bunch of amateurs as they haven’t got a bloody clue!!

GoogleI have been with Portico, previously Edmund Cude for many years and have worked with Medleen for over 5 years. She has found me great tenants with no void periods and no issues. She has helped with any property relating issues professionally and promptly. I have recommended her to friends and they also feel the same. Ive worked with many letting agents over the years but Medleen and her team have been the best by far.

Medleen is incredibly professional and incredibly knowledgeable, nothing is too much bother for her to deal with, she always manages to sort any query that might have popped up.
