GoogleA place where pay them a lot of money and get nothing done. Sure they are nice to you and answer all your questions before you sign the lease. After you start your lease, they reply very slow. I slept on a tilted bed for 2 months.

GoogleDmytro was really professional and fast to reply. I had my non-English-speaking parents with me during the property viewing, and Dmytro was really nice and patient, answering all of our questions and having all the information, paperwork and even the floorplan printed at hand. Had a great experience, highly recommend him!

GoogleWe're renting a house through Portico. Our experience has been very poor. Compared to our previous landlord who would fix any issue within days, it feels like our new home is unmaintained. We were without a tumble drier for 2 months. Our shower has broken for 4 months -- if we use it, water floods through a light socket in the living room. We've sent over a dozen e-mails to Portico, but the problem has yet to be resolved.

GoogleWe have rented a house from Portico since May 2015 - and I must say it has been a miserable miserable experience as the house has had issues with damp on the walls and moth eaten carpets etc. The property management team have not responded to multiple requests and it feels like getting even minor issues fixed is like pulling teeth. It took close to 2 months to fix a damp issue and another month to fix the carpet. I do not understand some of the positive reviews, seem too generic to be genuine - because with hindsight seems like other people renting with Portico have had an awful experience as well.
