GoogleI rent with Portico, and I am quite glad at the help and support we get whenever anything comes up. We get quick and prompt responses and we haven’t had any problems with reaching out and getting a response. Ieva has been a great help with making sure that all of our questions and issues are resolved quickly!

GoogleAVOID Portico Camden Tenant spilled kebab grease across communal stairs & hallway. Reported 9 Sep with photos. Portico promised tenant would clean (24 Sep), nothing done in 7 weeks. Ignored every follow-up. Left with permanent stains. If you’re a landlord, they’ll let your property rot. If you’re a tenant, expect zero support.

GoogleI only use portico because of Charlotte Bailey - her help and service is outstanding / I have other agents I use in different parts of London and if I could use Charlotte for everything I would - I have been using portico and particularly Charlotte now for a number of years, probably around 8/9 and I’ve only stayed with them because of the helpful nature and great professional relationship I have with Charlotte. She’s great.
