We had a fantastic experience with Portico throughout our recent property viewing, and in particular with Rupert, who was exceptional from start to finish. The viewing itself was thorough and informative. Rupert went above and beyond a standard tour, pointing out details and features of the property that we almost certainly wouldn’t have noticed ourselves. I would like to say a big and heartfelt thank you to Brandon, who helped me and my husband throughout the entire process of moving into our first rental property. I remember the first call I had with Brandon. He was professional, clear, organised, and took the time to explain everything about a property I had expressed interest in viewing. I also appreciated receiving a reminder before the viewing. We met Brandon on the day of the viewing, which was an extremely hot day with back-to-back appointments taking place. Despite this, he remained approachable, friendly, and happy to answer all of our questions. We were delighted when our offer was accepted, and Brandon supported us every step of the way - from paying the holding deposit and completing the referencing checks to collecting the keys. Whenever I called or emailed, he was always patient, responsive, and thorough in answering my questions. His support helped put me at ease during what can be a very stressful process. Property manager Kadi has been amazing to deal with and they always sorted out maintenance issues quickly. Easy company to deal with! Old review: Finlay Winters has been a real pleasure to deal with. They were able to quickly arrange a viewing for us and ensured that we could move through the referencing process as quickly as possible to meet our personal moving deadline. Being new to London we had hundreds of questions and Finlay was always quick to respond and find the answers. Finlay and Portico was a breath of fresh air from other agencies we had been dealing with!
