GoogleI would not recommend this estate agent due to my repeated calls to inquire about it, and the staff's lack of assistance. They frequently disconnected calls. When I raised concerns with the manager, he responded, "I've been in the office, and no one has disconnected any calls." He declined to investigate the matter or take any action. Therefore, why are they promoting properties when they do not wish to answer questions or arrange appointments?

This review is completely in accurate. The reviewer was calling off a mobile phone. I have checked our own phone logs and seen that the line dropped from the caller. I was in the office when these calls were dropping and my staff do not just hang up any clients. The property that you were enquiring about was sold subject to contract as this was pointed out to you and this was also relayed to you during the conversation.

GoogleA huge thank you to Ciaran for handling the sale of my house, due to no fault of their own it was a lengthy process, but he continuously persisted and chased solicitors on my behalf, and his patience was much appreciated. Ciaran was nothing but friendly and was a pleasure to work with! Luca was always very cheerful whenever popping into the office too. Great team, thank you again!

GoogleHad an absolutely excellent experience with Pointons and to be specific, Kerry. Me and my partner were looking for a new place to rent and both of ours busy schedules was not allowing us to do viewings. It was a very tough task to schedule viewings after 04:30 P.M. when me and my partner finish work every day. I explained this to Kerry and she was 100% supportive of this situation and did extra viewings for later hours by going out of her way and working hours. I didn’t think that any agency would do that because well no other agency was supportive of our schedules and struggles.
In simple words, I would definitely talk to Kerry and Pointons again when I’ll look to rent or buy next time because I am sure that they are really supportive and easy to work with as they add a really important factor which is prioritise and personalise.

I would not use Pointons again to manage my rental property. They neglected to follow up on the maintenance of a repair issue that could've resulted into a serious health issue. In addition to that they refuse to take any accountability for the issue/ damages which had occurred. They had ceased communication to me by email in order to avoid their responsibility.
