Exceptional Professionalism from Jordan! I cannot recommend Jordan at Pointons highly enough! From the very beginning of our rental journey, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The Viewing Experience: From day one, Jordan made us feel incredibly welcome. He was knowledgeable and answered every single question we had without hesitation. Family Friendly: He was remarkably calm and patient while our toddler ran around the house acting like they already owned the place, a true professional who understands family life! Speed & Efficiency: The entire tenancy process was impressively smooth. All of our checks were completed within 48 hours, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Problem Solving: We collected our keys yesterday and encountered a few minor teething issues. These were no reflection on Jordan’s work, but rather the contractors; however, Jordan has already promptly arranged for everything to be sorted. Jordan is a massive asset to the Pointons team. Trustworthy in a difficult situation

I have been involved with trying to purchase a property which was in a very complex structure of probate and trusts Luca at Pointons has shown such tenacity in working through all the minefield of people involved keeping me n the picture despite the fact I was out of the country whilst he was dealing with it. He also succeeded in finding me a suitable buyer for my house showing them around in my absence and communicating updates of the situation to me via email and phone.

Avoid at all costs - they totally misled us regarding a property purchase. They told us the boiler was old but worked OK. The boiler was condemned and we had to fork out for a new one! The oven also blew and damp issues found throughout. Once the sale went through they didn't want to know! The staff were misleading in the sale and it has cost thousands!

Do NOT rent with Pointons

Do NOT rent with Pointons if you want to be ignored for months on end about issues that need fixing. I had a flat inspection in October, and told Ethan Pointon a list of things that have broken or aren’t working as they should, for the price I pay of 875£ a month. I have called them probably 20 times between October till now, along with multiple emails of why things haven’t been fixed yet. I was then told that they had nothing on the system about the issues, even though I had told them twice and emailed the issues over. No answers. A massive waste of time, and no duty of care for their residents. Don’t waste your time renting with them, as all they want is the money and don’t care about the living conditions.

My partner has been emailing and calling Pointons regarding the property they manage that joins our home, the top of the garden had a large tree that we had to complain about 2 years ago as it was overhanging our entire garden, putting pressure on the fence and we were advised was not legal due to its huge size, the tree was finally taken down but everything was left dumped at the top of the garden, it has since got wildly out of control and has now taken our fence down, 4 panels and the posts, from the weight of it all against our fence, we have a dog and 2 children and a garden we can't let them out in safely, keep being fobbed off, have been for over 3 weeks, I would suggest you make contact this week as you will be leaving me with no option but to bring my destroyed fence down to dump in your your office and you can send that to the landlord. EDITED: you may want to consider responding to a google review after reading and understanding the issue and also looking into the individual who has left it, to start it is not just a simple case of clipping branches and throwing them over the fence, if you had read what I had written and digested it you would understand that the tree was cut down 2 years ago, all 60 feet of it has been left on the ground where it originally stood, what has now happened is the jungle like growth that has evolved around it has grown outwards, Below the top of the fence, and the weight of that has pushed 4 fence panels and posts over. secondly at no point during any phone calls has anyone disclosed that the landlord has been contacted and are refusing to pay for the damage, we just keep being told we will get a call back, this has happened again when I called this morning. Thirdly, If you had bothered to wait until the morning to check the details of the property and the people who are complaining you will see that I am in fact a client of yours as I purchased my house through you, I certainly won't be selling it through you though. Maybe try not to be so sarcastic in your response because all you are able to see and try and defend is that 1 star, responding appropriately normally inspires the author to change that original rating.

Extremely poor outfit I'm afraid, not only did they give a valuation around £120k below house valuation but when sent an email to explain they never bothered to reply. If your going to employ a valuer they need to get someone with experience, after that we had 3 more valuations all around the same figure and all 120k above Pointons valuation, so not a great advertisment for them. At least they turned up on time.

Absolutely horrendous experience renting through this company. Lettings Manager was also LL son ..was Assured of a long term let . Only to be given NTQ 8 months in and house put up for sale . Then told "it was in my own interests to comply with them in order to be given a reference for another Private Rental" They didn't even attempt to find me alternative rental property. Absolute Disgrace the way they turn Tenants over, can only hope the law will change to stop this happening. .. Wouldn't recommend them to my own worse enemy.
