GoogleVery overpriced apartments. Badly managed building. Management should be removed. Nothing works. Security is nonexistent due tomdoors and gates broken. Place looks a mess already and it's only been open less than two years. Look at other places

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience visiting Platform Glasgow. From the beginning, we explained to Amanda that we came because our autistic son wanted to see the complex. She was incredibly kind and immediately offered to give us a tour of the building so that our son, Maxi, could take some photos. At the end of the visit, she even gave some gifts to the kids, which made the experience even more special. Her attention, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out. Thank you, Amanda, for making our visit so memorable!

GoogleI spent four months living at Platform_ with my wife and newborn baby. We had a brilliant time thanks to the combination of top‑tier facilities, central location and genuinely helpful staff. From day one, the building’s amenities set a high bar. The gym is spacious, equipped with modern cardio machines, free weights, and space to stretch. The condition was always impeccably clean. The rooftop areas offered great views of the river and city. The lobby area was very well designed with relaxing and comfortable furniture. It was a great space to pick up a coffee, especially on the day free donuts were provided. The staff also did an excellent job of arranging social events for the residents. We went along to the mochi making class and the pottery evening. Both times we had lots of fun. Being new to Glasgow Amanda, on the front desk, was amazing at making us settle in by recommending baby-friendly activities in the local area. Big shout out too to Janice and the rest of the front desk staff who were friendly and supported us with all our queries.

GoogleI had such a great experience with Felicia and her team at PLATFORM_! They are super professional and reply incredibly quickly. Every step of the process was really clear and easy to follow, and they always gave me very detailed info whenever I had questions. e.g., I asked about parking and they sent me alternative options with prices, really thoughtful and helpful. GoogleI really enjoyed my stay at PLATFORM. The staff were always friendly, its always kept clean and the gym was always well maintained. Any problems (there was only the boiler i couldn't figure out how to get it working) it was fixed super quick. There was little noise on my side and I never used the heating once because its so well insulated. I enjoyed the evening events they hold also. A happy living experience for me. Thank you

When is a terrace not a terrace? When it's a link detached according to Platformproperty. A property is listed as link detached and this is also highlighted in the sales bullet points. The pictures clearly show it is attached to a larger house on one side and then has a first floor bedroom over a tunnel for cars, attaching to another house. This is clearly a terrace house. I called the agent who then told me there is a foot gap between the houses. The pictures clearly show there is no gap. I think some of these agents believe their own lies. Unbelievable.

GoogleI moved out of PLATFORM_ three months ago. Recently, a few of my parcels were mistakenly sent to my old address. I received an email yesterday from the concierge team asking me to collect them. I made the trip the very next day, only to be told by a concierge named Amanda that the parcels had been binned simply because I no longer live there. I was shocked, especially since I came promptly after being notified. I politely asked to check the parcel room myself, but she refused and was quite dismissive. Thankfully, another concierge was much more understanding and helpful. She brought me to the parcel room and store room, and we managed to find one of the four parcels I had been expecting. It's really upsetting to know that some of my parcels were just thrown away without giving me a reasonable chance to retrieve them. I understand policies may apply, but basic courtesy and a bit of flexibility, especially when contact was initiated from their side, go a long way. Very disappointing experience.

Lovely bunch of people! Very helpful and dynamic in their approach. All aspects of our sale were handled professionally and with great respect for us and the property. They were particularly good when our first buyer literally disappeared, much to all our horror. They quickly got on the case to find a new buyer and did so within 2 weeks with several viewings taking place. I would highly recommend these guys for sure.
