One repair I have that is still ongoing can not be actioned until February 2025, another which is the communal clothes line should have been done on the 18th October, still not done, no one has sad anything.

TrustpilotCouldn’t care less if they tried.
The company doesn’t seem to care very much about their tenants or their properties. Repairs take months to be resolved and even then they’re sometimes not fully carried out and are just botched jobs. I’ve been left with fallen and damaged fencing for almost 2 years which has progressively gotten worse. The kitchen refit that was carried out in April and had a poor job done of it has still not been inspected and rectified. The 40 foot tree that reaches over 3 back gardens that is covered in ivy and rooting into the foundations of all 3 homes is being ignored despite several complaints from me and my neighbour. The management of my tenancy has recently been passed on to a third party agency who are unfortunately just as bad. I reported damage to the floor in my entryway which has left me with a gaping hole where the floor should meet the doorframe. This has not been repaired effectively, just covered over the top with silicone seal and reported as complete, it isn’t even level. I’m not sure how they can expect tenants to take care of their properties when they’re not leading by example.

TrustpilotI’ve moved into two bedroom flat
I’ve moved into two bedroom flat. I’m very happy with it. They’re just a a few problems. It’s been empty for a year but it was only when I moved in. They found out it needed a new boiler and gas supply so I spent two weeks without any heating or hot waterthat could easily have been avoided other than that I’m pleased. In general of the block is in good condition Neighbours seem very friendly and there’s a beautiful garden. Glad to be here.

Sticky carpets left in flat,10 year old cooker left in flat must not have been tested as an no electrition would have passed it.Heavy black mould from previous tenant not treated just attempt to clean and paint over, now the mould is coming back mould spores are making making me ill due to long term medical issues,no support from PfP since ive left review issues with damp and mould have got a lot worse ive had a damp and mould survey done and the chap who did it stated he will be contacting environmental health

TrustpilotTakes awhile for repairs
Waiting on repairs I reported since I moved in. Taking awhile, I had no toilet for 2 weeks and had to wait for repair I had to keep ringing up got different reasons they only have 1 plumber, they sent someone who wasn't a plumber, wasn't down as a emergency ended up having to complain. Not the greatest for repairs etc.

The reason for 2xstars the state of the cleaning of the property is not satisfactory. You need to inspect property's after so called cleaning .Also don't put one amount on site when in reality it's another.

I’m satisfied with my property and the location in which the property is based in but when I moved into the property the agent who showed me around never mentioned that they was damp and mould behind one of the walls which now means that somebody is due to come out. I just think she should have mentioned before showing me how to send the money into the places for people bank account.
