These flats were supposed to be for over 50,s.We now have 20 somethings who have barbecue,s ,drink excessively fight amongst themselves and take drugs.Damage their properties and are generally offensive characters. I wish I could move to a more decent accommodation. But I have put a lot of money into my own premises.

FacebookWoeful. Major structural and integral issues in not just our new build but every single house on the development including some that have had the have entire floors removed and rebuilt. Aftercare is almost non-existent and will find any excuse to not fix snagging issues and avoid responsibility. Buy from anywhere other than Places for People

To confirm Yes all true👍 what these P.FP. tenants say. Last year a drug pusher moved in a flat ,where we are. It was reported to PFP they did NOTHING .they do nothing about noisy tenants .they interfere with peoples lives!.l've rented for 40 years never had that with other landlords!🙄😡 Oh! and woe be tide you ! if you question them or say anything against them!. I refuse to communicate with them .😑Managers liars . Can't wait to move to a decent housing association. Oh! Is that your robotic reply P.FP. 😡🙄 on 30/10/2024. NOT INTERESTED!. LIARS

I reported my fence and next doors bein blown down in the wind in feb wen next doors was standing empty by April next doors was fixed because someone was moving in and I’m was told middle of November I’m a 62 year old disabled person and think this is a joke.

I bought an ex show house and had a number of faults, these were rectified quickly upon notification. The only problem we have found is having only one radiator in the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen which doesn’t heat the space satisfactorily.
