GoogleA few teething issues when moving in regarding utilities, agent stated "she doesnt live there"/ yes but YOU'RE the agent whos advertising the property. Otherwise not bad. Receipts uploaded same day as payment onto file.

GoogleI have dealt with both Hannah and Cheryl in the past week about different issues and they were both extremely professional and sorted the issues with minimal fuss (which is basically what you want as a landlord).

GoogleGreat service since pinewood has merged with Village Estates Hannah Ashley & Tracey at Clowne are a credit to the company. The Clowne staff deliver excellent customer service. maybe the Chesterfield staff should be sent there for customer service training.

GoogleBit of a silly, but had the good fortune to deal with Cheryl Jones in our pursuit of a new home. If every estate agent was as pleasant to deal with as you then finding a home would be a far less harrowing endeavour. Thank you again for being an absolutely lovely person to deal with :)

GoogleI have dealt with many agent’s buying and selling however it felt like they were bribed onto accepting an offer on a property and wasted my time, efforts and money. The excuse given was unacceptable and very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I missed out on another property due to them taking so long. I understand 1 is a harsh score however they will not be compensating for my time or money wasted.

GoogleAfter a rocky start with agents in the area and having a very specific deadline that I was working towards I can appreciate that I wasn’t the easiest client, although you would’ve never known as Pinewoods were extremely professional and went above and beyond in their positions to help me get my sale over the line in time. I am truly grateful for having used them and although I do not come from the area I would definitely recommend to anyone else needing a reliable Estate Agent! (Special thanks to Christina, she is everything you want & need in an agent).

Pinewood have recently sold a property we were struggling with, at a far higher price than we anticipated, what an amazing result! Ashley has extensive knowledge of the area and provided first-class advice on how we should best proceed - he provides a truthful opinion, which is exactly what we were looking for. Hannah and Christina were always on hand to answer any questions and provided timely updates without having to ask. The team at Pinewood are highly professional, extremely friendly, and always ready to help with queries, providing a smooth outcome. We would most definitely recommend Pinewood Properties.

GooglePinewood have been amazing throughout my tenancies with them - firstly, helping me get my first lease with them in difficult circumstances as I was looking to move from the south to the north of England. And now, after being told I have to vacate the property I'm in due to it being sold, they have been incredible in helping me find a new place in an extremely quick time and making a very stressful situation much easier to handle.

GoogleChristina at Pinewood properties was very friendly, professional and supportive during our flat purchase. She helped us remain calm and nothing was ever too much for her. Ashley was friendly and recommended we take pictures/videos of the flat when we viewed it for the first time. He was a good laugh.

He was friendly and knowledgeable which put us at ease. Christina was amazing at booking our viewings around our time frames, after we had accepted an offer, she was helpful and patient during the rest of the process. I would highly recommend using Pinewoods

GoogleOverall a great estate agent to deal with. Christina was amazing throughout the process which was a challenge for her given how difficult the sale has been from the lower chain. Their communication was spot on and kept regular updates for me both via phone and email. The evaluator Ashley was great, gave us a good value for our house at the time and took great images to help advertise our house as best as possible.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I was very nervous but everyone was very nice and friendly and helped me with all of my questions. My agent, Hannah was very easy to get hold of and kept in touch with me too but wasn’t pushy at all. They helped me find a solicitor and explained the costs, I would definitely recommend them.

This company is utterly infuriating to deal with. The kids running the day-to-day are clueless whilst the owners wash their hands of any responsibility.
