If I could rate this as 0 stars or even minus stars I would. I've had a terrible experience with this letting agent as a tenant. Over the 18 month tenancy I had a recurrent maintenance issue. Every single time it was reported I was met with rude and unhelpful staff members. Each time trying to blame us before resolving it thus delaying the time it took to get it resolved as this was the toilet you can imagine how disgusting it was to live in a flat that was essentially inhabitable whilst pinewood failed to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I've even gone through the complaints process following the end of our tenancy and they can't even be bothered to read and respond to the emails we've sent in line with their own complaints policy! Never received an apology for any of their failings they're just on the defensive straight away and it's just not good enough. Everything that's done with them has to be constantly chased up before anything is resolved so much stress living with them I can't believe the difference in our new letting agents they're a dream compared to pinewood so helpful and friendly that's how it should be! We were always good tenants the rent was paid we left the flat in immaculate condition and we were faced with the worst customer service ever. I would advise actively avoiding renting a property from this company!

I have rented my flat from pinewood for over 8 years. They provide an excellent maintenance service. I usually deal with Shane and anything is sorted out very quickly. Never had a problem with anything through this agency. All round excellent service

I have rented through other agents before, but Pinewood has made the whole process so much easier. The initial stages were simple and were quickly processed by the ladies in the office. Even when I had a problem with some property damage, shortly after moving in, the maintenance department dealt with it quickly and kept me up to date with everything. Would like to say a special thanks to Naomi and Shane.

So today I signed the contract on my new property, yes there were some teething problems on the viewing but the agent arranged to meet me again a couple of hours later and was so helpful and I can't fault him or the agency for the teething problems. Today the service was very professional and thorough when handing the keys over. Thanks Pinewood and keep up the good work 👍🏻

Pinewood have managed our property for almost two years and overall we have been very pleased with the service we have received. When problems have been reported by the tenants, Pinewood have informed us immediately and the Maintenance department have always been very quick to offer advice and rectify the issues. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and in our experience we feel they provide a fair and unbiased service to both tenants and landlords.

My my partner and I had a terrible experience with Pinewood Lettings. We've rented for many years and we've always been good tenants and we're also both extremely laid-back people. I've never experienced customer relations like this before and I hope to God I never experience it again. Twice they put the phone down on my partner when she was trying to resolve a couple of issues concerning the property. Other times they were extremely rude over the phone. I'm sure they provide a great service for landlords but they care very little for tenants. They are an extremely incompetent and unprofessional company and I would advise anybody thinking about renting through them to look elsewhere. Nobody in the company knows what they're doing and they consistently pass the buck to somebody else, who in turn passes it to somebody else and it never ends. What a horrendous experience. I still have nightmares :)
