GoogleA great agent to use if you are looking to tenant your property. I signed up to full management and it was stress free experience with zero issues. I then used Pinewood to mange the sale of my property and have to say that Hayley Coope was excellent in every way - from chasing solicitors to liaising with both myself and the buyer direct to keep things moving. I had a successful completion last week due to Hayley's determination - and I would use them again if I ever need to rent or sale a property in the future.

GoogleOur agent was amazing until we paid deposit etc then became near impossible to get anything, still not heard back about the itinerary 3 months later. Got our signed tenancy agreement a month after moving in and only after they'd tried to have me pay the deposit twice and after I called to chase it up. My agent had apparently left pinewood and no one had picked up her work. Great initially, not so great once we moved in and they play blame games instead of taking responsibility which came across as unprofessional.

GoogleI was recently attempting to purchase a property with Pinewood and I was in close contact with Abbie Asquith. Abbie was amazing. Although the sale didn’t complete because the property was taken off the market by the seller (so through no fault of Abbie), I can not praise her enough. She kept me up to date, she was friendly, efficient, reassuring and she seemed to have all the time in the world for me. I genuinely felt as though she wanted me to buy this property as much as I did! When the house was taken off the market she still remained in contact with me and offered other similar properties. If/when I come to sell a property in the future I will, without hesitation, be contacting Pinewood in the hope that Abbie (or anyone else with her work ethic and approach) was still in post. Faultless.

GoogleWe initially met Tom for a valuation on our property just as lockdown was about to come into force. We found Tom to be very friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive, always available to offer advice if needed, which is why we chose Pinewood as our estates agent. It was Hayley who saw through the sale of our property. She did so with the same friendly manner, excellent professional knowledge and kept us updated on a regular basis. GoogleAfter renting with this company for quite some time I would state that some of their staff are very helpful and some are most definitely not. I would assume that they are forced to deal with some awful clients, and, unfortunately, this is reflected on the way they handle all calls. When problems arose with the property it was an issue to make head way regarding rectifying said problems without resorting to withholding rent. Having left the property in an excellent state we have received a full refund of deposit but annoyingly in the form of a cheque despite numerous requests for a transfer into my account and also despite transferring the deposit directly. Not the worse but dedicate room to improve.

We are sorry you feel the way you do but unfortunately in lettings access is sometime denied at the very last minute by a sitting tenant, which is of course very frustrating for all parties, including the landlord and ourselves, it is however totally out of anyone’s control. You suggest that people should not waste their time and their money, we would like to say no money is ever taken from anyone just wanting to view a property. GoogleAbsolute joke, these seem to be another one of them agencies that think they are above the law by saying "NO DSS" - There is no such thing as the "DSS" and there hasn't been since 2001! Not everybody who gets housing benefit are bad people, some are genuinely unable to work due to disabilities or caring for those with disabilities.
We work very closely with the benefit system and are proud to have a lot of very good benefit claiming tenants. We are unsure why you think we do not work with benefit claimants. If a property has been listed with no benefits in the past then it has been the decision of the landlord and not Pinewood. We as a company have no objection so we would love the opportunity to discuss your comments and your reasons for leaving a review with non-factual comments. GoogleSteer clear of this organisation. No matter how clean you leave the property they will still find something wrong to hold money back. Did work myself and stuff that was a health and safety concern thinking o was doing them a favour but it meant nothing. The place was in better condition than when we got in yet they still found trivial stuff to withhold money. Don’t try and save them money by doing work. Get them to do everything Cos it doesn’t make a difference when you vacate. Made me feel like a child even though I’m 50. Thieves. Steer clear
Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the final check out of the property. We never want to withhold any money from any tenant, all we want is to receive the property back to the same condition as it states on the schedule of condition (this is part of our contractual obligations with the landlord). We do not get paid (nor is the money ours), or make any money when we have to organise works at the end of a tenancy, so we want to return every penny to every tenant.
