We had a very challenging time both selling and eventually moving house due to our purchasers breaking the chain...twice.. and breaks lower down the chain. A very stressful and emotional rollercoaster which was made only just bearable by Julie and the team of PFK. Julie was fabulous in communicating all developments, dealing with viewings and subsequent offers both effectively and sensitively and basically keeping us sane throughout the entire process.
