During a recent and very stressful house move Charlie Shaw at PFK Cockermouth was the voice of reason. Always calm, his good advice and common sense kept our purchase on track and made it happen in a more timely fashion than might have been the case. He and his team are terrific and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having rung various agents I telephoned PFK and my call was answered by Charlie. What an absolute treasure he handled my query with empathy, professionalism and was very friendly. With Charlies help we have managed to secure a rental property for our son. I cannot praise him enough and if I could give PFK 10 stars I would. Thank you Charlie not forgetting Pauline who was very helpful and friendly when Charlie was away from the office.

Very pleased with the service I received when selling my house. Michael was so helpful in initially marketing and pricing the property, as well as in taking time to explain answers to the (many) questions I had as a first time seller. The rest of the team are also excellent; I was especially impressed with the communication. Pauline and Julie answer any queries really quickly and are helpful with following anything up. I wouldn't sell with anyone else again.

We had a problematic sale process, entirely due to the buyers and their awful solicitors. Charlie did everything in his power to keep the process moving and we thank him for the huge effort he put in over the 7 months. We give 4/5 as we feel PFK built up our expectations a year ago for a quick sale at a higher price but the reality is it took 5 months to find a buyer.

I have sold a few houses through PFK now and always find them to be very professional and fast workers. I have also gained vast knowledge by working with their lettings team over the past few years. They’re always happy to help, in any way they can. Charlie has been my main point of contact over the years and has always been swift and responsive any time we’ve done business.

PFK have been brilliant through a very long and complex property sale. The whole team have been excellent to deal with and always available on the end of the phone when needed. Without the hard work put in by Charlie and the team (going the extra mile on many occasions) the sale would not have gone ahead. We can not thank them enough.

Friendly, professional and highly motivated team. I had several companies out just as a comparison to value the house. Michael's approach was professional, enthusiastic and honest. The house was sold within days of instructing pfk. Pauline then stepped in to over see the whole completion of the purchase. I couldn't of had a better experience. Together the team worked hard to make everything go through smooth and stress free. Would definitely use again.

I have really had the best service ever! I have dealt mainly with Charlie Shaw and I have to say he has been absolutely amazing! Nothing has been too much trouble, and he must have answered a thousand questions! He really allayed any anxieties I may have, and he, along with the whole team have been efficient, caring and reliable. Charlie is genuinely passionate about what he does, and it matters to him that people have the best outcome possible, plus he really knows his stuff ! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I'm extremely satisfied with PFK. They provided me with a house valuation that was 20% higher than other estate agents, and they exceeded my expectations by finding a buyer who offered above the asking price! I want to give a special shout-out to Julie and Charlie for their outstanding dedication in securing the sale. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
