GoogleThe staff at this Estate Agency are absolutely fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble and they always keep me updated. A big shout out to Charlie as he goes way beyond the call of duty. A well deserved 5 star rating from me.

GoogleI have very recently completed on a property with PFK Whitehaven , and it’s been a journey but with their support and professionalism I’m looking forward to a new home. Being a buyer I have felt equally as important as their clients the sellers from the onset. Regular contact with updates , speedy replies to queries . Impressed with communication with all parties . Thank you Charlie Shaw . I think sometimes business takes over from the real meanings of something as buying a home and also for those selling a property with memories ... Once again thank you PFK for taking care and consideration of both parties. I would have no hesitancy in recommending PFK Whitehaven and if ever needed they would be my first choice.

GoogleThe sale of my property could not have gone any smoother. Lesley was enthusiastic, friendly & helpful the moment she walked through the door. Her photos were excellent and her description of my property perfect. Charlie constantly sent me updates & was always available to answer my many questions. PFK Whitehaven are by far the best agents I've ever dealt with.......it's all about trust!!

I haven withdrawn my property from the market with PFK. They didn't handle the sale well. I was to purchase a property through PFK. They lost two sales through the whitehaven branch and keswick branch. The sales person in PFK told the purchaser what offer to put in. Very unprofessional service.

TrustpilotPFK Estate Agents - Carlisle Brilliant staff
Ironically, we were buying through this agent and not selling but we were greatly impressed with the immense efforts the team went to in keeping the sale on track, especially Paul Doyle who moved mountains to get the legal problems addressed. Paul saved the sale so a massive thank you to him!!
