We dealt with PFK for the purchase of one of their advertised properties. Their attitude and pro-activeness in chasing sellers and solicitors was second to none. The staff were friendly and good natured. They understood and sympathised with some of our frustration with the vendors and the vendors solicitors tardiness. Charlie was our go-to man to get information or in getting things chased up. If we were to sell the property it's PFK we would use.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

PFK helped us to sell our house and move into our new home. Pauline and Charlie were incredibly helpful throughout the process - their responses were always friendly, professional and timely. We managed to move into our new home just in time for the birth of our son, thanks to Pauline going above and beyond our expectations to move the process along. We would highly recommend PFK!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have just recently sold my my old house and bought my new house with PFK. I cant thank them enough, with extra special thanks to Julie & Charlie they made buying our dream home possible by making it all go through, which was no mean feat as our sale and purchase was part of a 5 property chain. But with all the extra help PFK, Julie and Charlie made it happen. Thankyou so much guys. To anybody reading this review, based on our experience we couldn't rate PFK highly enough. Very professional and dedicated service. Regards, Gemma & MatthewPositiveProfessionalism

We bought our house through PFK Cockermouth and dealt with Michael Hewitt, who was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and he really went above and beyond to get everything sorted on what was quite a difficult chain. In fact better than our own Agent. I would highly recommend this company and Michael in particular. 5 star service with a smile!!

I just want to thank Charlie, Michael and Pauline and the rest of the PFK Team in Cockermouth. They were absolutely fab from beginning to end! Speedy and thorough valuation and expert media team who made an absolutely stunning video which had thousands of views and contributed to the amount of interest in the house. Mine wasn’t an easy sale and huge shout out to Charlie and Michael for the support in navigating through and getting us there in the end. Superb job, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Thanks again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Would Not Recommend

Quite frankly terrible, offered poor advice on selling our property, the valuation was ridiculously lower than several other agents in Cockermouth, will certainly not use in the future!

I am interested in securing a property close to the western edge of the Lake District and contacted PFK Whitehaven to help in the search. The help I am receiving is top notch -- given patiently, frankly, with a great deal of consideration. We still haven't managed to clinch the deal we seek but our confidence in PFK Whitehaven is such and the help we have received is of such a high order that we have not sought to contact any other estate agent.
