Highly recommend

For years, I have noticed PFKs agent selling board and thought they are maybe quite plain. But now I know that this means ‘less is more’ in terms of the expertise, service and support from this estate agency. Attention to detail - Lynne came along to photograph the property and take details. She listened and understood the uniqueness of the property. The images and wording needed a couple of tweaks but the final results for publication were fantastic. Understanding the market - PFK understood exactly how the market worked and how to promote this on all social platforms with the correct asking price and algorithms. We had 22 first appointments which was awesome. Knowing the property - we had lots of viewings and fantastic feedback. Joanne did an amazing job knowing the property and its history. Sales negotiation - this was made so easy as Rebecca understand the market, buyers and what was the best offer for us as a family and getting the sale over the line. Building trust with your agent is so important and Rebecca made this easy. It was a long sales process. It was hard at times and nothing seemed to be moving forward. Rebecca kept all parties up to date and had amazing lines of communication with the solicitors etc involved in the sale. This sale was not just about a house, it was our parents dream - build it and live in it as long as they could. Thank you PFK for your understanding, trust and kindness. I would highly recommend PFK to sell your property.

Couldn't be happier!

From our initial contact with Hannah at PF&K Estate Agents in Keswick, to exchange of contracts, we couldn’t have been happier in our choice of agent to sell our home. Hannah’s wealth of local knowledge made for a realistic valuation and proactive marketing strategy. She was super speedy in processing the property photos and detailed information in order to market the property as soon as we gave the go-ahead. Hannah always made herself available to us and was prompt in responding to any queries. The mobile app was very useful for keeping us informed of viewings and feedback. Agents Chloe and Chris were excellent at showing our property to prospective buyers and were always welcoming when we visited the PF&K office. All three agents worked very hard to progress our sale and took away a lot of stress for us. They always kept us, and our buyers, in the loop on the progress of the sale. We would not hesitate to recommend PF&K - and only wish they’d also been the agent of the house we chose to purchase!

Our Sale and Purchase

We had the lovely Rebecca helping us along with our sale and purchase. Safe to say its been a rocky journey from start to finish but we finally got there and are moving into our dream home in time for Christmas. If it wasn't for Rebecca we certainly wouldn't be where are now getting ready to move. To say she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. We have had alot of ups and downs, but she kept the faith and the chain going. We couldn't be more grateful. It even got to the point where she knew my number when I rung the office we spoke that much! An estate agent that puts some effort…

An estate agent that puts some effort into selling your house. We tried two others who only secured limited viewings and failed to follow up with those that did. The previous two seemed happy to have the property on their books, drawing the sales fee with the minimum of effort. A change to PFK secured a stream of viewings and the sale of the property. Between the subject to contract stage and completion they remained engaged and helped keep the process on track, by working with all parties to ensure that deadlines were met. The sales team were very easy to contact and never needed chasing.

Good company when the sale is tricky

We had a long and difficult sale of our property in the Lakes with the sale falling through once at the last minute. Chris and the team at the Keswick office did their best to keep the subsequent sale moving, chasing sluggish solicitors, facilitating the eventual sale and keeping us informed throughout. I think they were as pleased as we were when it eventually went through..

Outstanding service from start to…

Outstanding service from start to finish! We didn’t actually use PFK to sell our own property, but they were the agents for the house we were purchasing and they were excellent throughout. They were the ones who kept things moving and regularly updated us when we weren’t hearing anything from our solicitor. The process took six months to complete, and I genuinely think we might still be waiting if it hadn’t been for PFK pushing things forward. Rebecca in particular was fantastic and did a brilliant job keeping everything progressing.

PFK Keswick have honestly been amazing from start to finish. I’ve felt completely supported the whole way through, and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. They’ve kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and always made time for me, even when things got a bit stressful. You can really tell they care about what they do and about the people they’re helping. What stood out most is how they consistently went above and beyond, not just doing the basics, but actually taking the time to make sure I felt confident and comfortable with every step.
