GoogleI rarely write reviews, but the very high quality service provided by Pedder and Tim Gittins and George Bramley in particuar was impecable! We were looking for a house for a while now, and have seen many houses with many agents. The vast majority of them is either pushy or not helpful at all. Tim, George and Pedder, on the other hand, were very professional and helpful. They were also very polite and pleasant, ensuring every house visit was a pleasant experience. From the very first contact until completion, Pedder provided an excellent service. Highly recommend!

GoogleMy partner and I are unfortunately quite surprised by Pedder East Dulwich's positive review rating on Google as we have been very shocked and disappointed by the customer service standard we have experienced from this team. Importantly, I note that we have been dealing with the rentals team, rather than the home sales team. I also note that we have had positive dealings with the Pedder team in Herne Hill in the past. Throughout the processes of (i) making an offer on a flat (to rent), (ii) securing the flat/ signing the required paperwork and (iii) moving into the flat, we have experienced many issues and a shocking level of unprofessionalism (at times to the point of us losing sleep over the experiences). The main Pedder agent that we have dealt with has been unfriendly and passive aggressive in all email correspondence. Beyond this, the practices of the company have been shocking, and included the company continuing to show a flat and accept offers on it after we were told that our offer had been accepted and we had paid the corresponding fee to remove the property from the market. My partner and I have been renting flats in London through agencies for a decade and have never experienced this level of poor customer service. We would not recommend this team to anyone based on our experience and strongly encourage others to consider other agencies/ teams to the extent that they are able to do so.

GoogleI was recommended Pedder's letting service by a colleague at work and wasn't disappointed. Cameron Beames came around to view the property and was warm, open and honest. He gave me an intelligent rental value and talked me through the plan of action. Pedder very quickly made the property live and in turn got us two offers! Cameron and Sevda Bellikli over saw the paperwork and were extremely helpful and communicative. They offered support and guidance throughout the whole process and even managed to get an ‘Inventory Check In’ booked in at the very last minute, which took a lot of stress and pressure of my wife and me. We are extremely happy with the service we received!

GoogleHad such a great experience here with an amazing agent called Cameron. He was fair, honest and super friendly in an industry that is often the opposite! No pushy sales tactics, transparency towards pricing and actively encouraging prospective tenants to not go into a bidding war! GoogleWe had a great experience moving into our beautiful new flat thanks to Cameron and Sevda from Pedder. Sevda showed us around the property. She was really helpful and friendly. Then Cameron did the lease and negotiation side of things. I have never met a more responsive, helpful and efficient agent. He made the whole process painless, quick and easy. It was lovely to find such a professional and high level of service from an estate agents. As we had such bad experiences in the past. Thank you both! I would definitely recommend Pedder as a result.
