Excellent communications, great understanding of what I wanted and sound advice on how to achieve it. I highly recommend the team, but you will fully realise why when you approach them to sell your property yourself.

GoogleI have just sold my flat in Forest Hill and I was very impressed with the service from Sarah, she was so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process which unfortunately went on for quite a long time (no fault of Pedder). The whole team were friendly and supportive too including helping me scan documents when my scanner broke.

GoogleKolade was extremely helpful recently when securing tenants for my property. He listened to any concerns I might have and acted on these suggestions straight away. He was always on the end of the phone to reassure me if necessary and was always polite and positive. Pedder should be very proud to have such an excellent employee as him!

Jake was always available for a phone call and responded quickly to queries, especially when it came to explaining the details of the process.
