GoogleI have just sold my flat in Forest Hill and I was very impressed with the service from Sarah, she was so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process which unfortunately went on for quite a long time (no fault of Pedder). The whole team were friendly and supportive too including helping me scan documents when my scanner broke.

GoogleKolade was extremely helpful recently when securing tenants for my property. He listened to any concerns I might have and acted on these suggestions straight away. He was always on the end of the phone to reassure me if necessary and was always polite and positive. Pedder should be very proud to have such an excellent employee as him!

GoogleI chose Pedder as they had a better understanding of the uniqueness of the property and its value. They managed the process well. When our first buyers pulled out, they had 3 new acceptable bids within days. Luke kept me informed throughout and looked after the property well too.

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Pedder and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Sarah, our agent, was particularly helpful and friendly. We are first time buyers and she was patient with us, answering all our questions and really guiding us through the purchase. We met a lot of agencies throughout the process and Pedder (and Sarah) were by far the best! When we come to sell the flat, there's no doubt which agency we would choose :)

GoogleScott was outstanding the whole way through, he was patient when there was an issue and tried his best to sort everything out (which it did) best estate agent I have ever worked with personally and he was always extremely fast to communicate. Pedder as a company I cannot fault. I had to visit their office and was looked after and tended to straight away.

GoogleI have just moved out of a Pedder managed property and they are delivering a stand out service. As a housing professional I have been consistantly impressed, including with the initial best practice re safety and attention to detail Responsiveness on repairs and issues has been exemplary from property manager John Dowling - I have probably sent him more than an average number of emails and he has been nothing but accomodating and polite and sorted out a number of issues for me very quickly. I would recommend using Pedder to anyone - it was reassuring to know you'll have a response to issues and can rely on a good standard of repairs where needed.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't put up a review unless I did a rating. The real rating is 0 stars. They will rent your property to people who will wreck it, tenants who will bring down the value of the property, leave behind infestations and destroy any goodwill with your neighbours. Experienced adults using the garden as a bathroom, rubbish left outside for months because not placed in the correct bin, reports of noise, Police attendance at the property etc etc.
