Pedder have been excellent from the beginning to end of the process and exceeded my expectations by doing the following:1. Told me they could sell my property within a month, they actually achieved an offer at asking price on the property after a week of being on the market.2. Conveyancing, there were lots of the usual issues to sort out along the way and Callum was proactive in solving them and always available to speak on the phone if needed.3. We went from offer to completion in 14 weeks.Pedder are a high quality local estate agent, Alexander and Callum are a winning team and take all the stress out of the process, I can't recommend them highly enough

I knew Pedder would be a great agency to work with from the moment Daniel went above and beyond from the very beginning to facilitate a conversation with myself and the sellers right before interest rates rose that same evening. He was helpful and very quick to respond, and likely saved us thousands of dollars a year by acting so quickly! Shannon took over the accounts, and it was smooth from when she started to when we exchanged. She has been responsive, accommodating, calm and informative in all the right moments. It was a pleasure working with Shannon. I would highly recommend Pedder to anyone trying to sell their home, or as a buyer.

GoogleAppalling customer service with rude telephone manner. Called to book a viewing and was told I would get a call back when viewings were to be confirmed. I called back 2 days later and they had had viewings and the property in question had gone. No apology no explanation. Awful.
