GooglePedder have been brilliant with the sale of my flat in Forest Hill over the last few months. I had initial contact with the Director Daniel who was very informative about the state of the property market and advised me on how best to market the property. From then onwards, I dealt with Ben, who was superb throughout the process. The actual sale was not always smooth due to some complications with the buyer's solicitor and the property management company. However, for me, communication is king and Ben was exceptional at reassuring me with any concerns throughout the process and ensuring that both myself and the buyer were kept in the loop at all times.

We received a great service from Pedder who sold our house when another estate agent couldn’t. Pedder are trustworthy, communicative, knowledgable and really nice people to engage with.
