GoogleWe booked a viewing of a house. On arrival we waited until another viewing had ended. I knocked and a man in a white shirt I have since found out is a founding Director came to the door. I was dressed in my normal weekend casual attire of jeans and sweatshirt
I felt immediately he was sizing me, my partner and my son up. His attitude resembled I”don’t know what you’re doing here you can’t afford this house”. We are all working professionals who had travelled from London to keep the appointment.He was curt dismissive of any questions I asked by saying, “I don’t know”and lied that viewing had been carrying on since 9am. It wasn't, as we were in the street at noon and there was no one there.
Apart from leaving us with a need to get away from the place fast, he was arrogant, judgemental and unprofessional. Not only did he fail the business he failed himself. We had been prepared to give a year rent upfront AND ask this agency to find us a family home to buy in the interim.
Not any longer. The rot filters down from the top and reading the reviews from previous customers, I can see our experience was not unique. If the leadership is arrogant the staff have no point of reference to show them how provide a service. In a service industry, this arrogance and complacency is short sighted. There’s a recession coming Pearson Ferrier, good luck!!!

From the initial valuation conducted by two unprofessional giggly girls (not wearing PPE) to arriving to conduct our one and only viewing 10 minutes late to the total lack of communication and marketing activity on our property, I cannot say how disappointed we were with our decision to appoint these agents to market our property. I would never use these agents again or recommend others to do so!

Judgemental ragged service from a founding partner in this business. We came to view a house and were treated with disdain. An attitude of “you can’t afford this property” was all encompassing. No pleasantries no query about when we could move in, only arrogance and attitude. We’re all busy but civility costs zero! At least show some manners.
We had travelled from London, had a years rent in advance and were prepared to ask the agents to find us a house to buy in the area.
Ha! Not anymore.
Rot from the top in an arrogant and unprofessional encounter. If I could award no stars I would as this is a place to avoid.

Firstly let me apologise if you thought in anyway the service I gave you was not to the standard you excepted. I passed an Application With Pearson ferrier they accepted my application for a property they had listed I paid the deposit and was told to collect the keys from them. I was then told later that day that they wasn’t going ahead with the tenancy proceedings after passing there application and paying the deposit they asked for. Due to reasons they couldn’t provide to me in writing email or over the phone after a numerous of times I asked what was the reason all of a sudden it is pathetic as an estate agents. The information that Pearson ferrier received was slanderous and false information and couldn’t provide me with any of this evidence after passing there application and was ready to collect the keys for the property From there office in ramsbotttom , they was rude offered to give me my deposit back and the owner of the company Julian ferrier sent me and my current landlord quite an imitating email when I all I’m doing is trying to provide a home for myself Family and new Born baby And The owner of the company Julian ferrier putting personal false information about my self on a Public domain is shocking and disgusting and his attitude towards me just to defend his business reviews! I was ready to move in my landlord didn’t disclose any false information Otherwise you wouldn’t of accepted the application from the start

As per my original reply on your now deleted first review, we have the right to turn down tenancy applications. Having trading in the town for nearly 25 years I have a reasonable amount of experience in lettings. If we receive information that a tenants conduct is not what we would consider acceptable, or if we feel information provided by a 3rd party, a current landlord for example is not disclosing full information, we DO NOT have to accept someone as a tenant. As per my previous email, I wish you well with your search. We receive disparaging reviews from disgruntled current and former tenants from time to time, but as this information is in the public domain it allows prospective landlords or anyone for that matter to make a view of their own.
