GoogleTurned up for a booked viewing and stood there waiting for an apartment that apparently didn’t even exist anymore. When I called, they casually told me it was taken yesterday meaning they let me travel, show up, and waste my time for absolutely nothing. No call. No email. No basic courtesy. If this is their idea of “service,” I’d hate to see their idea of chaos. Avoid unless you enjoy being treated like an afterthought.

GooglePearson ferrier have been absolutely amazing with the whole process of moving house! What can feel like a very stressful time has been smooth sailing thanks to Pearson ferrier! GoogleI've been a tenant with Pearson and Ferrier for just under a year now, when a new opportunity opened with them the support I received was incredibly well handled. As of writing this today is my moving day and I feel confident and assured everything is going smoothly and I've received all the information in a timely and informative manner. I've been in direct contact with Lois who has been incredibly helpful during this period, not only that but she's always been friendly and open which I value a lot when making a decision as large as the ones that come with tenancy. My experience has been great, thank you to Lois and the team!

TrustpilotIt's a shame the company isn't honest
It's a shame the company isn't honest. They take £100 off your deposit any ones deposit for a clean supposedly. I left my flat absolutely sparkling and they put a landlords claim in for ??£100 quid. When asked if someone had been to the flat to check it they said NO . So if your a family maybe with kids don't expect the full deposit back as I'm sure £100 will be going in their Xmas fund . So after your reply you state that kieth the landlord asks for the 100 for cleaning yet he tells me you advise him. My question is how can you charge for a deep clean when not one person had been in said property to check it out ???
Stephen sorry you feel you needed to write this review. However there is a process with deposits we are not at liberty to make deductions from anyone's deposit without their agreement, any damage is highlighted and referenced against an inventory so a deduction would have been agreed with you, if not it would go to arbitration. That said your tenancy was a Let Only we DID NOT manage your tenancy so I suggest you direct your frustration at your landlord directly, if you feel the deduction is unnecessary then challenge them, but we did not nor do not benefit from your deduction and it certainly doesnt go towards our Christmas Do, I hope this deals with you vexation - Julian Ferrier

GoogleI have dealt with Pearson Ferrier for several years and all staff are exceptional in what they do, whether it be letting or selling. They return calls and deal with queries or concerns immediately. Lois and Samantha have been brilliant throughout, but recently I have crossed paths with Simon also. Simon is brilliant. He is extremely patient and answers all questions clearly. Simon especially has achieved results where others had previously failed. Thank you so much for your ongoing assistance.
