It's a shame the company isn't honest

It's a shame the company isn't honest. They take £100 off your deposit any ones deposit for a clean supposedly. I left my flat absolutely sparkling and they put a landlords claim in for ??£100 quid. When asked if someone had been to the flat to check it they said NO . So if your a family maybe with kids don't expect the full deposit back as I'm sure £100 will be going in their Xmas fund . So after your reply you state that kieth the landlord asks for the 100 for cleaning yet he tells me you advise him. My question is how can you charge for a deep clean when not one person had been in said property to check it out ???

So happy to share my experience with Samantha and Lois from the lettings team at the Bury branch. I’ve been a tenant of this branch for many years, and they have always been on hand to help me with anything. However, after moving properties as of recent, I cannot express my gratitude enough for how they both went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free move in process. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and explained each part of the process clearly. She answered all of my many questions, and guided me through everything with patience and kindness. On 22nd of may I went to view a property to rent with Pearson Ferrier which I liked . I got my shop agent to make a offer on the shop offering the full passing rent and telling them of my Buisness of having 20 shops and a £1000000 turnover and showing accounts off nearly a £100000 in profit so I was a good Tennant for the premises after 3 weeks of not hearing anything which I found strange I spoke to Stuart the owner and he said that they had gone with some one else to which I said did u even send my accounts to which he said no .the reason he didn’t was I was purchasing a expensive property months before and after having the survey we decided to pull out which annoyed Stuart as he said lost his commission so hence had a grudge against me so in this case I found Pearson Ferrier not an honest estate agent and shall not be using them or recommending them to any one

AMAZING EVERYTHING!!! Where do I start…. I can’t thank all the management and staff at Pearson and ferrier enough. They helped me with finding and renting my first home which I am absolutely in love with. They listened to every request and needs I had and went out of their way to find my perfect property. I must personally thank Samantha and Lois for their support, excellent communication, professionalism and all round amazing customer service. Samantha was amazing, she was on the ball and very efficient she helped me with every query and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. We have just sold our house by auction through Pearson Ferrier Estate Agents Offices based on Walmersley Road Bury. Simon and his team are responsible for the Auction section of the business. Simon was most competent and thoroughly explained the process by which we could sell our home through the auction process. He also recommended an excellent solicitor to act on our behalf. During the process, Simon first helped us with filling in the forms and gave us clear and appropriate guidance at all times. He kept us updated and where necessary gave us informed and useful advice. Simon is a consummate professional and has excellent attention to detail, providing exemplary customer care.
