AVOID AVOID AVOID THESE CROOKS

Avoid these CROOKS I was a tenant of them! They have harrased me on several occassion in which I reported them to the council! However this never stopped as on the last occassion they broke into my home climbing true my window with a tall ladder and changed the door locks they also let other people come into my home. Also let a male entering my home with a cigarette as showing on CCTV When I found out how they broke into my home I contacted them By phone and spoke to Zaini Miraj Inwhich she told me she is going to ask ZAC NABI about it as she is not aware. She promised to contact me which never happen. I then contacted back a couple of days later and was then told she did not manage to speak to ZAC NABI as hè is now on leave! They avoided me! 2 weeks later I finally got to speak to ZAC NABI when I contacted their phone line and lucky me hè was the one answering! When I told him about him breaking into my home hè denied it and told me write in a complaint email and we Will pick it up from there! However as you know they never replied on my complaint email. Also on a couple of occassion this letting agency has discussed my private circumstances with my old neigbours without my permission. I am advising new future tenants and new future landlords to avoid this letting agent. I have CCTV image to proof this. I can back up everything what I stated in this review. If you need to see the CCTV images only to prevent you for not going with them! Please contact me!

From my initial contact i've only very good things to say about the experience i've had. I’ve found them to be consistently excellent in the way they have conducted themselves, both towards me and the tenants who have lived in my property. I compared 10 different Bury-based letting agents before deciding on Pearson Ferrier, and they haven’t disappointed. They were one of the cheapest, and of the cheapest they were the most flexible, and didn’t have unfair and sometimes hidden fees that others had. Other positives are that their minimum term of let management is 6 months rather than 12, and they accommodated some specific changes that I wanted to make to the Tenancy Agreement. Terrible service, wouldn't use again if I found the house of my dreams. P+F Listed a local property with garden, turned out the garden didn't come with the property despite the fact the owner of the house (who is also the owner of the estate agent) possessed the property for several years. How do customers expect to trust an estate agent that don't even know what they own? There was then an ongoing battle to acquire the land which sadly went on passed my mortgage expiry date, therefore I had to drop out losing a almost grand in fees. Response to your reply: I did extend my mortgage a month... any longer and id be charged. You've literally just relisted the property saying it wont be available to the end of may, and kept me on a string for months. so how was that time frame ever going to work? where has may all of a sudden been pulled from when I was told January initially? YES, We had an understanding up to the point I realised I was wasting more time and money. lastly, Pity I didn't mention that?? Its a favour i didn't mention the initial sale was agreed at 100k and you came back a day later saying sorry its been matched, even though we already verbally agreed a sale? So now you've offered to knock 2k off a house that you probably raised to 102k yourself. Con men, nothing more. Its a pity if you knew what you owned and didn't lie in the initial listing we wouldn't be sat here would we? months later and money lost. But its nice your owning up to your faults though.

We used Pearson Ferrier last year to sell our property and also they were the acting agents for the property we were buying. We decided to sell and move in July 2022, just before everything started to change on the property markets. Interest rates started to go up, mortgage providers were taking away their products. It started to get very unstable, and we started to think that we might not be moving after all. Mitchell and the team at the Bury office were absolutely fantastic, very very supportive and couldn't do enough to help make this bumpy ride as smooth as possible, the same also for the Ramsbottom branch who were dealing with the house we wanted to buy. I cannot recommend Pearson Ferrier enough for all aspects of buying and selling, we eventually moved into our new home a week before Christmas, it was the best Christmas present we could have asked for. From the very beginning my experience with Pearson Ferrier has been fantastic and I put that all down to how fantastic my lettings agent, Lois, has been. My journey from viewing the property, doing my application and through to getting the keys to the property I have rented had a few bumps in the road but Lois made it go as smoothly as possible and has been so lovely, personable and professional throughout - always keeping in touch with me and giving me regular updates. This is the second time I have rented a property through Pearson Ferrier and my experience this time has been even better than the first and so I can't rate them highly enough and can't rate Lois highly enough either!

*FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE* If there was an option for 6 stars we would use it. We cannot recommend this estate agents enough! Myself and my partner looked at over 25 houses in the local area before buying one with them and we had to deal with many different estate agents in the local area along the way. Some were dismissive, unresponsive and rude but Pearson Ferrier where fantastic, super friendly and always so helpful. They were instrumental in the progress of our house sale and constantly chased solicitors and the vendors when we needed an update or to get things moving and we couldn’t of done it without them. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Sanders and Iain Dawson who are both fantastic and are HUGE assets to the team. If you want your property buyers to be treated with respect and have your property sold with agents who will work extra hard to get things across the line then look no further. They even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate when we completed! If you’re still reading this review I think you know how passionate we were about our experience with this agent!! After viewing a rental property that wasn’t for us my partner reached out to Lois to bear us in mind for any upcoming rentals. Within a couple of days we viewed a property with Sam which had only just become available. Sam was absolutely brilliant in getting everything sorted for us at very short notice and within a couple of weeks we moved in to this property. Initially we found a couple of problems which after reporting were dealt with extremely quickly. The service we have received so far from Pearson Ferrier has been brilliant, particularly Sam and Lois who really went above and beyond for us.

Myself & partner recently had some viewings with a few different members from the Bury branch & they were all so lovely & welcoming! They all showed up to each viewing on time & were very warm & welcoming to myself, partner & my son. In particular we had been dealing with Lois & considering this was our first time viewing properties she was so informative & nothing was too much to ask from her. She always kept us in the loop with upcoming viewings, suggesting other properties to view & my son absolutely adored her because she was just so lovely. We recently used Pearson Ferrier for a commercial letting and dealt primarily with Olly who was fantastic. He went above and beyond to get the letting completed as soon as possible - even dropping paperwork at our home address to speed things up. He always returned phone calls and replied to emails quickly, we never had to chase him up. Our 7 month old daughter also took a liking to him, he never failed to put a smile on her face! All in all a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olly or Pearson Ferrier.

I recommend this agent. I was advised to dispose of a property in need of renovation by auction. Something I had never done. The process was explained fully and a possible price indicated. The house sold at the first time of listing and the price indicated was met. No hassle from buyers or attempts to negotiate down due to "problems found". The sale was complete in 6 weeks. Pain free. You may need a sedative to watch the auction, if it is your first time.

What a shambles has to be said the commercial lettings side of things is anyway i had arranged to meet somebody at lowercroft business park and rang to make sure the bloke was there on time and they didn't even know what units were free etc sizes/prices they thought i was somebody else what a complete balls up and couldn't care less either by the sound of it not happy 1 hour wasted i will now deal direct with the owners 3 grand cash waiting to put down ready to go in straight away between 2 of us.
