GoogleStuart is very rude!! Called about a commercial property and he was rushing me off the phone saying the landlord deals with the viewings. I asked if it was James once and then twice because the first time he didn’t acknowledge it and then he basically shouted “yes it’s James I’ve said it about 4 times now!!” Not very professional. Don’t appreciate being spoken to like a child.
Apologies if you feel that a member of staff was rude, as you can see from our other reviews it isn't a comment we receive very often, a conversation will be had with Stuart and we will ensure this does not happen in the future.
