GoogleVery good communication, we got our new house very quickly. The referencing company took long time to issue our references but Caroline from Pearson Ferrier helped us get them quickly which I was grateful for because I was about to travel in a few days.

GoogleI recommend this agent. I was advised to dispose of a property in need of renovation by auction. Something I had never done. The process was explained fully and a possible price indicated. The house sold at the first time of listing and the price indicated was met. No hassle from buyers or attempts to negotiate down due to "problems found". The sale was complete in 6 weeks. Pain free. You may need a sedative to watch the auction, if it is your first time.

GoogleWe bought our current house from Pearson Ferrier this year and could not recommend them enough. I think in general, estate agents get a difficult reputation and I have my fair share of bad experiences, but the experience we had with PF couldn't have been further from that perceived general reputation. From start to finish, communication was spot on. It was a long 7 month process to buy our house and without Iain from PF I truly believe we'd still be going through the process now. He was super communicative, went above and beyond to find info out for us, chase whoever needed chasing up the chain and that level of service was unparalleled to any service we've seen or had before. When we briefly popped into the office, the same level of energy / interest was given to us by the rest of the staff we met, which was great considering PF weren't technically actually working for us. I have no doubt that any future house sales for us, or for friends/family we will be recommending PF 100%.

GoogleWe have just sold our house by auction through Pearson Ferrier Estate Agents Offices based on Walmersley Road Bury. Simon and his team are responsible for the Auction section of the business. Simon was most competent and thoroughly explained the process by which we could sell our home through the auction process. He also recommended an excellent solicitor to act on our behalf. During the process, Simon first helped us with filling in the forms and gave us clear and appropriate guidance at all times. He kept us updated and where necessary gave us informed and useful advice. Simon is a consummate professional and has excellent attention to detail, providing exemplary customer care. We wholeheartedly recommend Pearson Ferrier to auction your property if this is a route you may consider when selling such.
