GoogleI've been letting via Pearson Ferrier for just under 10 years now and whilst I never had any issues with them previously, they have stepped up their service over the last couple of years. Customer service is excellent, online contracts are a great new addition and attention to detail and advice is spot on. Thanks!

GoogleThe staff were not very approachable and seemed unwilling to engage when I had questions. Their attitude came across as dismissive, making it difficult to communicate or feel heard.
Jimmy this is very much the opposite of the usual response we get when we interact with our customers, could I ask for more detail, what did your query relate to, how did you communicate with the office and perhaps who did you speak to Julian Ferrier

GoogleLois has been extremely kind, professional and lovely. She is so friendly and has made the whole process so smooth sailing. Lois has been so lovely throughout all communication. With Pearson Ferrier the whole application process for renting is also a lot easier compared to other estate agents.

GoogleFirstly I want to apologise this review is so late! Pearson Ferrier are an excellent estate agency for selling your house with! From the very beginning it was brilliant. I was impressed when Julian came to look at our property (he remembered when he sold it to me) he was so knowledgeable about the area and market and was so much more confident at selling my house for a higher price compared to a rival estate agent. He then proceeded to sell my house with the first viewer who came to see it. Nyreen was a god send throughout the whole process especially with negotiating a initial higher price than the purchaser offered to then re-negotiating with the purchaser when the survey came up with some issues. Thank you so much Julian and Nyreen!

GoogleSimon handled the whole process impeccably. Throughout each step Simon kept me informed of what was happening. I have every confidence his ability to secure a positive result for his client. Will be using him again for my next sale. An update to my previous feedback. Simon has handled another of my property auctions absolutely flawlessly. I trust his judgement and execution. GoogleI have been working with Pearson Ferrier over the last 18 months after instructing them to assist with selling 4 privately built new build properties. The service offered by Julian, Nyreen and the team has been second to none, they have been extremely professional, informative and have kept me updated throughout the transaction. I would definitely recommend using this company going forward if you're wanting to sell your home and achieve a sale with a well known reputable local business, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with!

GoogleVery bad agency. They make an appointment to see the house and on the day of the viewing they send an email that their appointment has been cancelled. the same thing has happened twice
We are sorry to hear that your viewing appointment was cancelled. Unfortunately the rental market is extremely buoyant and occasionally we do have to cancel appointments due to lets being agreed on properties. We are sorry this is the case.

GooglePearson Ferrier have managed my property now for over ten years. I’ve found them to be consistently excellent in the way they have conducted themselves, both towards me and the tenants who have lived in my property. The guys in the office, particularly Sam and Lois communicate quickly, professionally patiently and fairly. I cannot recommend this company more highly, it’s no wonder they win so many awards.

I’ve been a tenant of this branch for many years, and they have always been on hand to help me with anything. However, after moving properties as of recent, I cannot express my gratitude enough for how they both went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free move in process. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and explained each part of the process clearly. She answered all of my many questions, and guided me through everything with patience and kindness. Lois’ responsiveness and efficiency has been so appreciated, she has dropped things to help me last minute and has just made what could have been a daunting process a lot easier for me. Both of these girls have made me feel comfortable and so so supported and their combined efforts, professionalism and genuine care has made my move so much more enjoyable.
