GoogleA very professional ,friendly and well organised service . Particularly impressed with Tom who always contacts me as owner of the rented property before undertaking any renovations needed on the properties with a detailed report . They have professional handymen available who will always provide a good service and keep you informed throughout with any work undertaken . I receive rental statements on time every month and staff always respond quickly and in a friendly manner to any questions I may have . Overall they offer a very professional ,competent and friendly service .

GoogleWhile searching for a rental property we found with Pearson ferries. We found them.to be very professional and supportive throughout our rental application with them. Nothing was to much trouble when needing advice through out. Would recommend them for any property needs you have.

On 22nd of may I went to view a property to rent with Pearson Ferrier which I liked . I got my shop agent to make a offer on the shop offering the full passing rent and telling them of my Buisness of having 20 shops and a £1000000 turnover and showing accounts off nearly a £100000 in profit so I was a good Tennant for the premises after 3 weeks of not hearing anything which I found strange I spoke to Stuart the owner and he said that they had gone with some one else to which I said did u even send my accounts to which he said no .the reason he didn’t was I was purchasing a expensive property months before and after having the survey we decided to pull out which annoyed Stuart as he said lost his commission so hence had a grudge against me so in this case I found Pearson Ferrier not an honest estate agent and shall not be using them or recommending them to any one

Howard As we discussed, contrary to what you have stated, all offers were put forward to the owners in their entirety. In this case the owners decided to go down another route regards Stuart

GoogleAMAZING EVERYTHING!!! Where do I start…. I can’t thank all the management and staff at Pearson and ferrier enough. They helped me with finding and renting my first home which I am absolutely in love with. They listened to every request and needs I had and went out of their way to find my perfect property. I must personally thank Samantha and Lois for their support, excellent communication, professionalism and all round amazing customer service. Samantha was amazing, she was on the ball and very efficient she helped me with every query and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Lois conducted the viewing she was knowledgeable enthusiastic and very professional throughout. There was no pressure at all it was relaxed and she answered all questions I had. I left knowing that was the property I wanted. Sam and Lois made everything so easy for me from start to finish. All of you at Pearson and ferrier bury are a credit to the company. I Could not recommend the bury branch the management and staff enough. Thank you to all at Pearson and ferrier Bury.

She is clearly experienced and knowledgeable, which was very reassuring as I wasn't on hand to meet potential tenants and and dealt with the inevitable difficulties that arose, very professionally. One of the things I appreciated the most was the clear and timely communication throughout the rental process.
