GoogleI compared 10 different Bury-based letting agents before deciding on Pearson Ferrier, and they haven’t disappointed. They were one of the cheapest, and of the cheapest they were the most flexible, and didn’t have unfair and sometimes hidden fees that others had. Other positives are that their minimum term of let management is 6 months rather than 12, and they accommodated some specific changes that I wanted to make to the Tenancy Agreement. Thanks Sam and Lois.

GoogleI have now used the services of Pearson Ferrier twice. On both occasions everything was dealt with very professionally. Firstly I let a property. The service they provided was swift and efficient including dealing with any repairs reported. I then sold a property. Ian was great all the way through the process. I would not hesitate to use this agency again.

GoogleExcellent service! Everybody I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional. Julian came to value our house quickly, and it was on the market within a couple of days. I mainly dealt with Nyreen, and she was superb; always very helpful, calm and reassuring. Nyreen went above and beyond coordinating everyone involved in the sale, and keeping the whole process moving forwards. Highly recommended, and I would definitely use Pearson Ferrier again.

From my initial contact i've only very good things to say about the experience i've had. Lois & Sam at Pearsonferrier found the ideal tenants for me, plus carried out reference checks, inventory, contracts etc, in a friendly, professional & pro-active manner. Their communication ftom start to finish has been excellent throughout. Lois, Sam & the team have been exemplary & I absolutely recommend them to take care of all your letting needs. GoogleI've used Pearson Ferrier's tenant search service a few times over the years, and have always been really impressed with the high standard of service received from all members of the team. They keep you updated with calls and emails throughout and they really seem to care about the landlord and the tenant. They conduct the tenant viewings, carry out referencing and affordability checks, and give me their opinion as to who they think would be most suitable. So far they've not been wrong and all of their choices have been great, looking after my properties and paying their rent in full and on time. From my experiences I would certainly recommend them.

GoogleThe staff at Pearson Ferrier are all very professional. We found Samantha from lettings went above and beyond our expectations in finding us a new tenant for our property. She always found time to answer the most trivial questions. We will certainly use Pearson Ferrier in the future.

GoogleThe staff are wonderful and always communicate well with me. This is in the form of email or telephone call if they need to notify me of any issues. They always find a tenant within 24 hours of property being advertised. They vet potential tenants really well and do not sign up anyone unless they are complete confident with them.
