GoogleDue to unforeseen circumstances the sale of my house, through no fault of the estate agent, was long and protracted. Due to the diligence of Pearson Ferrier I was kept informed at every stage of the process which did a lot to alley my anxiety.

GoogleRenting with Pearson Ferrier is turning out to the be the best decision my spouse and I made with regards to getting our own place. As first time renters, we harboured uncertainties but Pearson Ferrier made the rental process as transparent, humane and seamless as possible right from the first meeting with the pleasant letting negotiator during our apartment viewing. It has been a wonderful experience so far and we look forward to a rewarding rental future with the firm.

GoogleImpressed from the start, when they made a lovely walkthrough video of the house. The sale turned very complicated, because of unconnected legal issues, but they remained patient, friendly and professional; and helped to cut through some holdups. I’m sure the buyer was equally impressed.

Julian provided us with a realistic valuation, and it was clear from the outset he has complete faith in his staff, which gives a really positive vibe. All involved remained professional and friendly throughout the process. Our main negotiations were carried out by Nyreen, who was a pleasure to deal with. Her experience and calm, relaxed nature ensured our stress was kept to a minimum. We had an agent in mind at the start and we chose the correct agent. Thanks a million, David and Kelly.

We recently ended our tenancy with Pearson Ferrier after 6 years. Throughout that time the company have been fantastic. Any problems we had they were quick to act and rectify. They always managed our expectations and we were never left waiting long for repairs. 2 days after ending our tenancy they released our bond in full.

GoogleWe contacted Pearson & Ferrier as we seen a property advertised for rent which suited our needs perfectly. From the first call to arrange the viewing to meeting Lois at the house was just effortless. Lois shown us round the home as if it was her own and there was no question unanswered. Lois and Charlotte dealt with our application which was done on goodlord. I’m not technical but it was easy enough to do. We finally have our perfect home, I am so glad i decided to attend the viewing after having a morning of feeling hopeless. Lois makes Pearson & Ferriers motto “a property for everyone” even more true. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Jade, ellis and the babies x

GoogleI would highly recommend Pearson Ferrier Estate Agents, from my initial phone enquiry answered by Lois, my viewing with Sam, to the ongoing support provided, has been first class. Their service is outstanding, they understood and empathised with my situation, and liaised with the landlord to enable me to live in a lovely apartment, in a fantastic location. Many thanks to Lois and Sam, and I feel you both deserve a pay rise. (Just in case Mitchell and Julian read this).

GoogleJust moved into a fabulous family home. Lois & Sam from the Bury office have been wonderful. They both went the extra mile to understand what we needed as a family and found us the perfect house.
